Claims (9)

1. Couvercle en matériau composite, dans lequel est ménagée une ouverture obturée par une patte à arracher, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pièce rapportée en matière plastique (13) placée par en-dessous dans l'ouverture (3) qui a été découpée à la presse dans le couvercle (1), cette pièce rapportée (13) étant pourvue d'une bordure (17) qui recouvre le bord de l'ouverture (3) et qui est fixée par collage ou par soudage au couvercle (1) au voisinage de l'ouverture (3); en ce qu'il existe une zone de liaison amincie (21), prévue pour définir une ligne de rupture, entre la bordure (17) de la pièce rapportée en matière plastique (13) et la partie centrale de cette pièce constituant le corps d'un obturateur amovible (15); et en ce que la patte d'ouverture à arracher (19) qui recouvre l'ouverture (3) est fixée par-dessus, par collage ou soudage, sur l'obturateur (15) et sur la zone du couvercle (1) qui entoure l'obturateur (15), cette liaison de la patte d'ouverture (19) avec l'obturateur (15) étant indestructible, alors que la patte (19) peut être séparée du couvercle (1) par arrachement.
2. Couvercle conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'obturateur (15) comporte un corps profilé en collerette (25), disposé tout au long de la zone de liaison amincie (21), et présentant un bord libre (27) en saillie, en regard de la surface du couvercle (1).
3. Couvercle conforme à l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bordure (17) est plus épaisse que la zone de liaison (21) à l'endroit prévu pour définir la ligne de rupture.
4. Couvercle conforme à l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps profilé en collerette (25) de l'obturateur est pourvu d'un bourrelet (31) en saillie vers l'extérieur, ce bourrelet (31) étant disposé sur tout le pourtour du corps profilé en collerette, ou seulement sur une partie de ce pourtour.
5. Couvercle conforme à l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre (d) de l'ouverture (3) est inférieur au diamètre (D) du corps profilé en collerette (25), mesuré à l'endroit du bord libre (27) ou du bourrelet (31).
6. Couvercle conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la face supérieure de la bordure (17) est en retrait dans le sens de la hauteur par rapport à la face supérieure de l'obturateur (15), d'une valeur égale à l'épaisseur (e) du couvercle (1).
7. Couvercle conforme à l'une des revendications 2, 3 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du corps profilé en collerette (25) diminue progressivement en allant vers le bord libre (27).
8. Procédé pour fabriquer un couvercle comportant une ouverture obturée par une patte à arracher, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les phases opératoires suivantes:
a) On prend une bande de matériau composite (2), et on y découpe à la presse une ouverture (3),
b) Par-dessus l'ouverture (3), on fixe par collage ou soudage une patte à arracher (19),
c) Dans l'ouverture (3), on met en place une pièce rapportée en matière plastique (13),
d) On fixe ensemble, par soudage ou par collage, la patte à arracher (19) et la partie centrale de la pièce rapportée en matière plastique (13), qui constitue le corps de l'obturateur (15), et on fixe de même au couvercle (1) la bordure (17) de la pièce rapportée en matière plastique (13).
9. Procédé conforme à la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on opère sur la bande de matière composite (2) pour réaliser l'ouverture (3) en découpant celle-ci à la presse, pour mettre ensuite en place la pièce rapportée en matière plastique (13) et la patte à arracher (19), et pour les fixer au couvercle (1) et à l'obturateur (15) par collage ou par soudage, avant de découper à la presse le couvercle (1) dans la bande (2).
