Abstract

Appareil de projection à écran sphérique plus spécialement pour usages publicitaires, dans lequel la face avant (10a) du projecteur d'images (10) comporte, devant l'optique (11) du projecteur, une platine (15) contenant un filtre rotatif (17) entraîné en rotation par un moteur (21), ce filtre (17) pouvant être occulté par un écran rotatif (40) décrivant un cercle imaginaire du fait qu'il est monté sur des axes (41, 42) solidaires des disques (32, 36) tournant en synchronisme sous l'action d'un moteur (30), les disques (32, 36) alignés verticalement et placés dans un même plan vertical étant montés l'un sur l'arbre (31) du moteur (30) fixé au dos de la platine (15), l'autre sur un axe (37) solidaire de la platine (15), cet ensemble étant soumis pour l'alimentation du moteur (30) de l'écran (40) à des micro-interrupteurs (50, 51) permettant d'arrêter le projecteur d'images dans des positions choisies.

Description

  • On connaît déjà des écrans récepteurs d'images optiques pour usages publicitaires, qui sont constitués par des surfaces fixes ou mobiles placées à l'intérieur de volu­mes cylindriques ou sphériques (voir en particulier le FR - A- 2 116 789).
  • Il existe également des écrans placés suivant un plan diamétral à l'intérieur d'une sphère. Ces écrans trans­lucides et de forme circulaire tournent sur eux-mêmes et reçoivent, depuis un projecteur, une image qui, du fait que les écrans tournent, part d'une grandeur déter­minée, se développe, puis se rétrécit et disparaît (voir FR - A - 2 266 249).
  • On connaît également un écran tournant du type décrit en dernier, mais dont le volume sphérique présente une demi­sphère avant transparente ou translucide et une demi­sphère arrière opaque sauf dans l'axe central pour permet­tre aux rayons lumineux donnant l'image de pénétrer dans la sphère jusqu'à l'écran tournant (voir FR - A - 2 448 734).
  • Tous ces appareils présentent des inconvénients, car l'image visible est plus ou moins bien perçue par les spectateurs. En effet, dans les enceintes éclairées à la lumière artificielle ou du jour, l'image est plus ou moins visible et, de plus, lorsque l'écran tourne cette image est déformée donnant parfois de bons résultats mais aussi parfois des résultats peu satisfaisants. De plus, l'écran tournant nécessite l'installation d'un groupe moteur assez fragile augmentant ainsi le prix de l'en­semble.
  • La présente invention remédie à ces inconvénients en créant un appareil de projection à écran sphérique fixe dont la face avant est sensiblement de la grandeur de la demi-sphère formant écran, la partie arrière étant opacifiée sauf dans la zone centrale pour permettre la projection de l'image parvenant depuis l'optique d'un projecteur placé derrière la sphère-écran. Cet ensemble est monté sur un plateau supporté convenablement. Devant le projecteur est montée une platine supportant un filtre tournant disposé devant l'optique du projecteur. Ce filtre tournant coopère avec un volet mobile permettant d'obturer partiellement ou complètement l'optique du projecteur afin d'obtenir des images se développant sur la sphère-écran soit verticalement, soit horizontalement à chaque rotation complète de l'écran.
  • De plus, il est prévu des moyens permettant la rotation, d'une part, du filtre et, d'autre part, de l'écran, ces moyens étant alimentés à travers des organes permettant l'arrêt de l'image, la disparition totale de l'image et également au moyen de micro-processeurs, la variation de la vitesse de rotation de la polarisation de l'image (filtre) et, ce, en fonction de la diapositive projetée. On peut ainsi également faire varier le temps d'exposition de chaque diapositive sur le même écran-bulle ou en alternance des diapositives de plusieurs programmes les uns après les autres en créant une synchronisation de fonctionnement de plusieurs appareils de projection entre eux.
  • Conformément à l'invention, l'appareil de projection à écran sphérique plus spécialement pour usages publici­taires, dans lequel la sphère formant écran est constituée par une demi-sphère avant transparente ou translucide et par une demi-sphère arrière opaque sauf dans la zone cen­trale pour permettre la projection d'images parvenant depuis l'optique d'un projecteur situé derrière l'écran, cet ensemble étant monté sur un supporte-tablette, est caractérisé en ce que la face avant du projecteur d'ima­ges comporte, devant l'optique du projecteur, une platine contenant un filtre rotatif entraîné en rotation par un moteur, ce filtre pouvant être occulté par un écran rotatif décrivant un cercle imaginaire du fait qu'il est monté sur des axes solidaires de disques tournant en synchronisme sous l'action d'un moteur, les disques alignés verticalement et placés dans un même plan vertical étant montés l'un sur l'arbre du moteur fixé au dos de la platine, l'autre sur un axe solidaire de la platine, cet ensemble étant soumis pour l'alimentation du moteur de l'écran à des micro-interrupteurs permettant d'arrêter le projecteur d'images dans des positions choisies.
  • Suivant une autre caractéristique de l'invention, au moins deux micro-processeurs permettent l'un la variation de la vitesse de rotation du moteur entraînant le filtre afin de faire varier la vitesse de la polarisation en fonction de la diapositive considérée, l'autre la vitesse de rotation du moteur afin de faire varier le temps d'exposi­tion de chaque diapositive et d'assurer également avec l'aide de plusieurs projecteurs d'images plusieurs pro­grammes qui sont ainsi synchronisés.
  • Diverses autres caracteréristiques de l'invention ressortent d'ailleurs de la description qui suit.
  • Une forme de réalisation de l'objet de l'invention est représentée, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, au dessin annexé.
    • La fig. 1 est une élévation latérale schématique d'un appareil de projection conforme à l'invention.
    • La fig. 2 est une vue à grande échelle de la partie arrière suivant la ligne II-II de la fig. 1 de la platine portant le filtre et l'écran rotatif.
    • La fig. 3 est une vue de face de la platine portant le filtre et l'écran rotatif.
    • La fig. 4 est une élévation latérale correspondant aux fig. 2 et 3.
  • A la fig. 1, on a représenté un support 1 (par exemple un pied vertical) qui maintient, à sa partie supérieure par un plateau 2, une tablette 3 sur la partie avant de laquelle est monté un axe 4 portant un écran sphérique 5 dont la demi - sphère avant 6 est transparente ou translucide et dont la demi-sphère arrière 7 est opacifiée sauf dans la zone centrale médiane 8 où elle est transparente pour permettre le passage de rayons lumineux RL projetant l'image sur la partie avant 6 de l'écran sphérique 5.
  • La partie arrière de la tablette 3 porte un pied 9 sur lequel est fixé le projecteur d'images 10 comportant à sa face avant 10a une optique 11. Des entretoises 14 fixées aux quatre angles de la face avant 10a du projec­teur d'images 10 portent une platine 15 de forme rectan­gulaire présentant un trou 16 placé devant l'optique 11 du projecteur d'images 10 et dans le trou 16 est monté un filtre 17. Un roulement à aiguilles 18 est interposé entre la périphérie du filtre 17 et le bord du trou 16 de façon à permettre une rotation aisée du filtre 17, rota­tion obtenue à l'aide d'une courroie 19 entraînée par la poulie motrice 20 d'un moteur 21, la courroie passant sur une poulie 22 entourant le filtre 17 devant le roule­ment à aiguilles 18. Le moteur 21 est fixé par tous moyens convenables à la surface arrière de la platine 15 (voir fig. 3).
  • Comme on peut s'en rendre compte à la fig. 3, un deuxième moteur 30 fixé sur la paroi arrière de la pla­tine (15) entraîne par son arbre moteur 31, un disque 32 présentant sur sa périphérie une gorge 34 dans laquelle passe une courroie 35 entraînant en rotation un deuxième disque 36 monté fou sur un axe 37 solidaire de la platine 15. Les disques 32 et 36 se trouvent donc sur la face avant de la platine 15 (voir fig. 4) et peuvent donc tourner aisément en entraînant un écran rotatif 40 monté sur des axes 41, 42 solidaires l'un du disque supérieur 32 et l'autre du disque inférieur 36, disques placés sur un même axe vertical et dans le même plan vertical.
  • Ainsi, l'écran rotatif 40 vient pendant un tour complet des disques 32, 36 parcourir un cercle imaginaire permet­tant d'obturer verticalement et horizontalement le filtre 17, donc de faire apparaître et disparaître vertica­lement et horizontalement l'image projetée sur l'écran sphérique 5.
  • Des micro-interrupteur 50, 51 coopérant avec des butées 52, 53 solidaires des disques 32, 36 assurent une tempo­risation de l'image, c'est-à-dire que la projection de l'image s'arrête après être apparue verticalement puis horizontalement. Cette temporisation montée sur le circuit d'alimentation du moteur 30 permet également à un certain moment d'occulter totalement l'image pendant le temps où le projecteur 10 change de diapositive par rotation du magasin d'images d'une fraction de tour correspondant au nombre de diapositives contenues dans le magasin du projecteur.
  • De plus, le circuit d'alimentation du moteur 21 peut comporter un micro-processeur représenté de manière schéma­tique en 21a, placé dans le circuit d'alimentation de ce moteur 21 entraînant en rotation le filtre 17 pour régler la vitesse de rotation de la polarisation en fonction de la diaspositive projetée. On peut également prévoir d'inclure, dans le circuit d'alimentation du moteur 30 entraînant en rotation par l'intermédiaire des disques 32, 36, l'écran 40, un autre micro-processeur représen­té de manière schématique en 30a afin de modifier le temps d'exposition de chaque diapositive. Le micro-processeur 30a peut comporter dans sa mémoire plusieurs programmes de diapositives de façon à permettre une synchronisation de plusieurs appareils de projection (projecteur d'images 10) entre eux, mais dans ce cas, ces projecteurs d'images sont mobiles, par exemple sur un chariot coulissant par rapport au pied 9, pour amener chaque projecteur d'images en position exacte de projection.
  • Bien entendu, l'appareil de projection à écran comporte les réglages habituels pour obtenir une image parfaite sur l'écran sphérique 5.
  • Il est possible également d'inclure dans l'écran sphérique, c'est-à-dire la bulle, l'ensemble du dispositif de pro­jection et les organes complémentaires en supportant cette bulle par son pôle inférieur ou supérieur ou les deux à la fois, le dispositif étant logé dans la demi-sphère arrière opaque.

Claims (3)

1 - Appareil de projection à écran sphérique plus spécia­lement pour usages publicitaires dans lequel la sphère formant écran est constituée par une demi-sphère avant transparente ou translucide (5) et par une demi-sphère arrière (7) opaque sauf dans la zone centrale (8) pour permettre la projection d'images parvenant depuis l'opti­que (11) d'un projecteur (10) situé derrière l'écran, cet ensemble étant monté sur un support-tablette (3), carac­térisé en ce que la face avant (10a) du projecteur d'ima­ges (10) comporte, devant l'optique (11) du projecteur, une platine (15) contenant un filtre rotatif (17) entraîné en rotation par un moteur (21), ce filtre (17) pouvant être occulté par un écran rotatif (40) décrivant un cercle imaginaire du fait qu'il est monté sur des axes (41, 42) soli­daires de disques (32, 36) tournant en synchronisme sous l'action d'un moteur (30), les disques (32,36) alignés verticalement et placés dans un même plan vertical étant montés l'un sur l'arbre (31) du moteur (30) fixé au dos de la platine (15), l'autre sur un axe (37) solidaire de la platine (15), cet ensemble étant soumis pour l'alimentation du moteur (30) de l'écran (40) à des micro-interrupteurs (50,51) permettant d'arrêter le projecteur d'images dans des positions choisies.
2 - Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux micro-processeurs permettent l'un la variation de la vitesse de rotation du moteur (21) entraînant le filtre (17) afin de faire varier la vitesse de la polarisation en fonction de la diapositive considérée, l'autre la vitesse de rotation du moteur (30) afin de faire varier le temps d'exposition de chaque diapositive et d'assurer également avec l'aide de plusieurs projecteurs d'images (10) plusieurs programmes qui sont ainsi synchronisés.
3 - Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble du dispositif de projection (10,15,17,40) est placé à l'intérieur de l'écran sphériques (5,7) plus spécialement dans la demi-sphère arrière opaque (7), cet appareil étant maintenu sur un support par au moins l'un de ses pôles.
