Abstract

Der IR-Ofen zeichnet sich durch die Kombination von drei Merkmalen aus:
Der in der Ofenmitte angeordnete Rost (24) zum Aufstel­ len des zu erwärmenden Guts ist mit der Ofentür (26) bewe­ gungsverbunden und wird beim Öffnen der Tür teilweise aus dem Ofen herausgezogen;
die über und unter dem Rost eingebauten, stabförmigen IR-Strahler (21, 22) sind in der Brennlinie eines zugeordne­ ten Hohlspiegels (18, 19) angeordnet;
es ist eine Programmschaltung (31, 32) vorgesehen, mit der die Dauer und die Anzahl aufeinanderfolgender und durch Abschaltpausen voneinander getrennter Wärme­ perioden einstellbar sind.
Die genannten Merkmale ermöglichen, das zu erwär­ mende Gut gefahrlos aus dem Ofen zu entnehmen, die IR-­ Strahlung optimal zu nutzen und das Gut gleichmässig zu erwärmen.
