Claims (5)

1. Anneau d'espacement ou anneau coupant fractionné axialement pour l'arbre du couteau inférieur sur des machines pour coupe longitudinale, les surfaces des joints de séparation, perpendiculaires aux faces frontales de l'anneau, étant érodées par étincelage à partir d'un anneau complet, de manière à obtenir des surfaces coïncidentes, en vis-à-vis et en forme de méandre, de sorte que la partie centrale de la face radiale de séparation est enlevée sur une partie de son étendue radiale, et un élément d'espacemant (10) recouvrant périphériquement la fente obtenue par érosion étant fixé entre les parties centrales des surfaces radiales des deux joints de séparation de chaque anneau constitué de deux segments d'anneau (1, 2), caractérisé en ce que chacun des joints de séparation est traversé par une goupille de positionnement radiale (5), et l'anneau (1, 2) présente au moins, un élément (3), en soi connu, d'immobilisation en rotation par rapport à l'arbre du couteau inférieur.
2. Anneau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'immobilisation en rotation (3) est réalisé sous la forme d'une vis d'arrêt avec une plaque d'arrêt (9) en métal lourd non ferreux.
3. Anneau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la goupille de positionnement (5) est bloquée par une vis fixation (6) qui la recouvre.
4. Anneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'espacement est une vis sans tête (10), vissée en partie dans un trou fileté prévu dans la partie centrale de la surface radiale d'un segment (2).
5. Procédé pour la fabrication d'anneaux fractionnés axialement pour les arbres de couteaux sur des machines pour coupe longitudinale, les surfaces des joints de séparation, perpendiculaires aux faces frontales de l'anneau s'étendant de manière coïncidente, en vis-à-vis et de préférence en forme de méandre, caractérisé en ce que les joints de séparation sont entièrement ébauchés à partir d'au moins un anneau complet par une opération d'électro-érosion, à la suite de quoi les segments d'anneau (1, 2) sont conjointement enfilés et serrés sur l'arbre du couteau inférieur, puis le finissage s'effectue sur l'anneau complet trempé, serré et bloqué par des goupilles de positionnement.
