  • the support strips 7 on the narrow side of the box are modified in that they have half the cross-sectional shape of the support strip on the width of the box, since in the bottle arrangement according to FIG. 2 these support strips only have to support or secure one bottle.
  • the corner support profiles 4 are each designed as a hollow profile and, as shown in FIG. 2, as a comparatively wide hollow profile which extends far into the interior of the box and at the same time contributes to supporting the bottles accommodated in the compartment.
  • This broad training as a corner profile does justice to the supporting function of the profiles within the box frame and also contributes to improving the cooling during the molding process of the box.
  • the corner support profiles 4 can also be used for sticking on or otherwise affixing labels and advertising information.
  • the corner profiles connect the all-round handle and base strips to form a stable frame that is sufficiently rigid, especially for large bottles.

  • the peculiarity of this embodiment is that the corner support profiles 4 are stiffened by beads 19 extending in the vertical direction. As can be seen from FIGS. 7 and 8, these beads 19 run continuously between the upper and lower edge of the box. The cross-sectional shape of these beads 19 best results from FIG. 9.

Claims (15)

1. Caisse à bouteilles empilable, en particulier en matière plastique, comportant à l'intérieur une division en casiers destinés à recevoir les bouteilles et un châssis de caisse réalisés en profilés de renfort verticaux et ou en tringles de renfort, une tringle de préhension périphérique en haut et une tringle de fond en bas qui délimitent entre elles des ouvertures, caractérisée par le fait que les ouvertures (2) s'étendent de manière continue entre la tringle de fond (6) en bas, jusqu'à la tringle de préhension (5) en haut, par le fait que lesdites ouvertures (2) sont délimitées latéralement par des tringles de renfort (7) verticales et/ ou des profilés de renfort en cornière lesquels
(a) sont réalisés en forme de profilés creux fermés ou
(b) en forme de parois profilées qui sont munies de moulures (19) qui s'étendent sur toute la longueur du profilé,
(c) et par le fait que les profilés en cornières (4) et les tringles de renfort (7) s'étendent jusqu'à l'intérieur de la caisse et forment des surfaces de support (16 et 17), pour les bouteilles (3) introduites dans la caisse.
2. Caisse à bouteilles selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que chaque paroi de caisse présente un regard isolé (2) lequel est délimité latéralement par les profilés en cornières (4) ainsi qu'en haut et en bas par la tringle de fond et de préhension (5, 6), ou qui comprend plusieurs regards lesquels sont délimités latéralement par les profilés en cornières et/ou les tringles de renfort.
3. Caisse à bouteilles selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que les tringles de renfort verticales (7) font saillie librement à partir de la tringle de fond (6) dans le plan de la paroi latérale de la caisse et sont disposées par leur extrémité libre à une certaine distance de la tringle de préhension (5) située sur le bord supérieur de la caisse.
4. Caisse à bouteilles selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que la hauteur des tringles de renfort s'étend sensiblement entre la demi- hauteur de la caisse jusqu'aux deux-tiers de cette hauteur.
5. Caisse à bouteilles selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les profilés verticaux (7) relient la tringle de préhension (5) à la tringle de fond (6).
6. Caisse à bouteilles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que les tringles de renfort (7) sont formées par des parois en forme de tôle trapézoïdale ou en tôle ondulée.
7. Caisse à bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les surfaces de support des profilés de renfort (4) et des tringles de renfort (7) sont adaptées au contour des bouteilles.
8. Caisse à bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les parois latérales en vis-à-vis respectivement de deux profilés de renfort (4) et tringles de renfort (7) sont disposées obliquement l'une vers l'autre de manière à définir entre elles des regards en forme de "meurtrières".
9. Caisse à bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les tringles de renfort (7) sont toutes disposées dans l'espace sans bouteille, c'est-à-dire en face des espaces entre deux bouteilles à l'intérieur de la caisse.
10. Caisse à bouteilles selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que sur le fond de la caisse, sous les tringles de renfort (7), sont prévues de gorges d'empilage (13b) pour la réception du bord supérieur des parois latérales d'une caisse placée en bas de la pile, ces gorges (13b) s'étendant parallèlement aux parois latérales de la caisse ainsi que sur la largeur et la longueur de ladite caisse.
11. Caisse à bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les tringles de renfort (7) ont une section transversale en forme de triangle et que les parois orientées vers l'intérieur de la caisse forment des surfaces de support pour les bouteilles.
12. Caisse à bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la tringle de fond (6) et/ou la tringle de préhension (5) présentent une section transversale en forme de U inversé.
13. Caisse à bouteilles selon la revendication 12, caractérisée par le fait que la tringle de préhension et la tringle de fond (5) et (6) sont raidies par les barrettes de liaison disposées à une certaine distance latérale l'une de l'autre et formant un pont qui passe au-dessus des bras (10, 11) du U.
14. Caisse à bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la tringle de préhension présente du côté extérieur sur ses bords supérieur et inférieur une nervure périphérique (11 et 12) et faisant saillie vers l'extérieur.
15. Caisse à bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la tringle de fond périphérique (6) formant une seule pièce avec la grille de fond (13) de la caisse (1) est disposée de manière surélevée par rapport à cette grille (13) et qu'elle est décalée vers l'extérieur ensemble avec la tringle de préhension (5).
