- the handle bar 5 forming the upper edge of the box has a height which enables the bottle case to be gripped comfortably for transport purposes.
- the height of the bottom bar 6 is dimensioned such that essentially only the bottle bottom is hidden to the outside, but without covering the bottle belly. In practice, the grip bar and bottom bar height are only a few centimeters, whereby the choice of height depends not least on the beverage manufacturer if he wants to place additional information and advertising on the bottom bar or handle bar.

- the compartment walls 15 of the compartment division like the support strips 7, are expediently formed in one piece with the floor grille.
- the molded on the bottom bar 6 support strips 7 are thus connected to the box frame to a stable and rigid structure via the compartment walls 15 via the floor grid.
- part of the compartment walls can be dimensioned to a limited extent, in particular if the spacing between adjacent bottles is small due to the predetermined arrangement of the bottles in the compartment division. In this case, these compartment walls 15 extend at least in sections essentially only over the bottom part of the bottles, but not over the bottle belly.
- the support strips 7 are formed in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 5 as well as the corner support profiles 4 as a self-contained hollow profile, so that smooth outer walls are formed, in which the risk of contamination is lower and which facilitate cleaning.

- the cross-sectional shape of the support strips 7 in the region of the broad side of the box is essentially triangular, the triangular tip being inside in the example shown.
- the side surfaces 18b and 18c serve here as support surfaces and thus as part of the compartment division for holding the bottles.
- the side surface 18a forms, together with the outer surfaces of the handle bar and the bottom bar and the support profiles 4, the outer side wall of the box, the side surfaces of these parts expediently i.w. are flush.
- the support strips 7 on the narrow side of the box are modified in that they have half the cross-sectional shape of the support strip on the width of the box, since in the bottle arrangement according to FIG. 2 these support strips only have to support or secure one bottle.
- the corner support profiles 4 are each designed as a hollow profile and, as shown in FIG. 2, as a comparatively wide hollow profile which extends far into the interior of the box and at the same time contributes to supporting the bottles accommodated in the compartment.
- This broad training as a corner profile does justice to the supporting function of the profiles within the box frame and also contributes to improving the cooling during the molding process of the box.
- the corner support profiles 4 can also be used for sticking on or otherwise affixing labels and advertising information.
- the corner profiles connect the all-round handle and base strips to form a stable frame that is sufficiently rigid, especially for large bottles.
- the handle and bottom bar are designed as narrow strips. The distance between the handle and bottom bar is dimensioned such that in particular the bottle belly and the bottle neck of the bottles, which are primarily used for bottle labeling, are exposed for the display function when they are accommodated in the box.

- the peculiarity of this embodiment is that the corner support profiles 4 are stiffened by beads 19 extending in the vertical direction. As can be seen from FIGS. 7 and 8, these beads 19 run continuously between the upper and lower edge of the box. The cross-sectional shape of these beads 19 best results from FIG. 9.
- the support strips 7 of the box have a trapezoidal sheet shape, as is also best seen in FIG. 9.
- Fig. 9 also shows the connection of the support strips 7 to a compartment wall 15 of the compartment division 14.
- Trapezoidal sheet-like shape of the support strips 7 means according to Fig. That each support strip 7 is formed comparable to the shape of a saddle by a wall with a trapezoidal cross-section, the trapezoid however the basis is missing.
- This design of the support strips 7 in conjunction with the beaded design of the corner support profiles 4 results in a very stable structure of the box.
- the vertical edges 20 and 21 of the corner support profiles 4 and the support strips 7 are pulled inwards so that they limit corresponding contact surfaces for the bottles to be accommodated.
