- the recesses need not of course be reentrant (ie. have a neck) in cross-section to stop the electrode portions falling out.
- Figure 11 also shows means such as a pin extending from the base of the clip or a screw or bolt that extends through the clip, by means of which the clip maybe secured to some other article, for example a layer of concrete. Any of the clips illustrated may be provided with such a connecting means.
