Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour le remplissage d'un récipient au moyen de quantités dosées d'une matière liquide ou pâteuse, se composant d'un boîtier, de préférence couché, pourvu d'une ouverture d'entrée et d'une ouverture de sortie pour la matière de remplissage, d'un cylindre rotatif, au moins partiellement conique, tournant dans le boîtier et découvrant et obturant en alternance l'ouverture d'entrée et l'ouverture de sortie, lequel présente dans sa paroi au moins une ouverture de passage formant fenêtre et est supporté dans un porte-palier, ainsi qu'en outre avec un piston doseur essentiellement coaxial à l'axe de rotation du cylindre rotatif et coulissant sur la paroi interne de ce dernier entre une position d'aspiration et une position d'éjection, et présentant une tige de piston guidée en mouvement coulissant dans un porte-palier, dont la surface latérale recouvre, dans la position initiale de la course d'aspiration et dans la position finale de la course d'éjection, au moins un tiers de l'ouverture de passage formant fenêtre du cylindre rotatif et de l'ouverture d'entrée substantiellement aussi grande que l'ouverture de passage, laquelle est, tout comme l'ouverture de passage, au moins aussi grande en section que l'aire de la section du piston doseur, caractérisé en ce que
    (a) dans la position initiale du piston doseur (13) pour la course d'éjection et dans la position finale de la course d'aspiration, la face d'extrémité libre du piston doseur (13), opposée à la tige (14) du piston, est située substantiellement à hauteur du bord de l'ouverture de passage (22) et de l'ouverture d'entrée (2), situé du côté du piston doseur,
    (b) qu'en outre le piston doseur (13) est, même dans la position finale de la course d'éjection, respectivement dans la position initiale de la course d'aspiration, supporté à son pourtour sur une partie de sa longueur à la paroi interne (21) du cylindre rotatif,
    (c) que les porte-palier (8, 17) pour un tourillon (6) du cylindre rotatif (9) et pour la tige (14) du piston doseur (13) sont placés de part et d'autre du dispositif, et
    (d) que le cylindre rotatif (9) présente des surfaces d'appui cylindriques (25, 26), à sa périphérie extérieure, dans ses parties d'extrémité.
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la longueur du piston doseur (13) est environ la moitié de la longueur du cylindre rotatif (9).
  3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre rotatif (9) est supporté hermétiquement dans des éléments de palier du boîtier (1) constitués de préférence par des bagues d'appui (23, 24) garnies de plastique.
  4. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les porte-palier (8, 17) pour le cylindre rotatif (9) et pour la tige (14) du piston doseur (13) ont la forme d'un pot et sont boulonnés de manière amovible au boîtier (1).
  5. Dispositif suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, avec un circuit de nettoyage pour lequel le cylindre rotatif est déplaçable axialement d'une première position de commande correspondant à une position de production à une seconde position de commande correspondant à une position de nettoyage, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de nettoyage, le cylindre rotatif (9) et le piston doseur (13) sont coaxialement séparés l'un de l'autre, le cylindre rotatif étant engagé jusqu'à environ un quart de sa longueur à l'intérieur du porte-palier associé (8), pourvu de conduits d'amenée et d'évacuation (11, 12), pour la circulation du liquide de nettoyage, et le piston doseur (13) étant largement engagé à l'intérieur de l'autre porte-palier (17), pourvu également de conduits d'amenée et d'évacuation (18, 19) pour la circulation du liquide de nettoyage.
  6. Dispositif suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre rotatif (9) et le piston doseur (13) sont entourés, à distance, par leur porte-palier respectif (8, 17).
