Abstract

Une installation pour le traitement d'un matériau guidé entre au moins deux bandes sans fin perméables, par ex. des bandes tamisage, ou des dispositifs similaires de transport, est destinée notament au lavage par refoulement d'un gâteau de filtre-presse ou au lavage de matières fibreuses. Le matériau est guidé entre les bandes de façon à passer devant un récipient d'alimentation ou d'évacuation d'un milieu de traitement, par exemple un liquide de lavage. Il s'agit surtout de réaliser des économies d'énergie et d'espace lors du lavage de gâteaux de filtre-presse ou simlaires, de réduire les coûts de production de ces systèmes de traitement, par exemple un liquide de lavage. Le matériau et les bandes passent d'abord par le récipient inférieur, et le liquide de traitement, par exemple de l'eau pure, est fourni premièrement au récipient supérieur, utilement sous pression. Les récipients comprennent sur leur côté faisant face au côté supérieur des bandes ou du matériau, surtout sur leur côté inférieur, des ouvertures par lesquelles le liquide de traitement est fourni aux bandes ou au matériau ou transmis à d'autres récipients de traitement situés en-dessous.
