Claims (5)
- Tôle, feuillard ou analogue apte à l'emboutissage profond, en métal non ferreux ou en alliages de ce dernier, en particulier en aluminium, ayant une surface prétraitée pour l'emboutissage profond, caractérisé en ce que la surface présente des microrugosités de Ra = 0,1 - 0,8 µm avec une structure régulière en nids d'abeille, le diamètre des nids d'abeille étant de 20 - 200 µm, de préférence de 80 - 100 µm.
- Tôle apte à l'emboutissage profond selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la structure (1) en nids d'abeille est formée d'une cloison (8) de nids d'abeille ayant une hauteur constante H et une épaisseur D, le rapport de H : D = 0,1 - 1,2 : 1.
- Tôle apte à l'emboutissage profond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur D de la cloison, qui correspond à la distance séparant les nids d'abeille, fluctue de ± 5 % dans la totalité de la structure en nids d'abeille de la tôle.
- Tôle apte à l'emboutissage profond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la densité des nids d'abeille est comprise entre 10 et 250, de préférence 100 - 140 nids d'abeille par mm².
- Procédé de production d'une tôle, d'un feuillard ou analogue apte à l'emboutissage profond, à l'étirage ou à l'étirage à anneau, caractérisé en ce que le taux de laminage à la dernière passe de laminage à froid est > 6%, la structure fine de la surface étant établie par laminage, à la dernière passe de laminage.
