Abstract

Le liquide à traiter entre par la canalisation centrale (1) pour sortir, sous la forme de deux phases liquides de densités différentes, à travers les conduits (4, 5), des disques d'étanchéité (6, 11, 19) étant respec­ tivement montés sur le corps central (7), sur le disque intermédiaire (12) et sur le couvercle supérieur (20) de la machine. Contre ces dis­ ques prennent appui les anneaux mobiles (8, 13, 14, 17) soumis à la pression d'une part du liquide introduit dans la machine et d'autre part des deux phases liquides séparées par celle-ci, en assurant une étan­ chéité parfaite entre les différentes phases, sans nécessité de prévoir des éléments élastiques de rappel et sans obligation d'avoir recours à des moyens spéciaux de refroidissement.
