Abstract

La machine est du type dit à col de cygne, son bâti (1) présentant deux bras (1a et 1b) entre lesquels passe la tôle en travail. Les outils de frappe sont portés par deux tourelles (8) montées rotativement sur les bran­ ches (7a) d'un bâti auxiliaire (7), en C, situé à l'avant de la machine, reposant sur des consoles (1c) du bâti (1). Les forces mises en oeuvre par la frappe, qui s'appliquent sur le coulisseau (2) de la presse, sont absorbées par les branches (1a et 1b) du col de cygne (1), de sorte que le bâti auxiliaire (7) portant les outils de frappe n'est aucune­ ment influencé par les déformations que pourrait subir le bâti (1) du fait desdites forces. La précision de la machine en est ainsi grandement accrue.
