Abstract

Selon un procédé de traitement de bois fraîchement coupé, au cours duquel le bois brut, par example du bois scié, préparé pour le séchage, est séché de manière connue dans une chambre de séchage à une température comprise entre 40°C et 100°C jusqu'à atteindre une teneur en humidité d'au moins 30 %, on ajoute de l'acide nitrique à une solution d'un sel d'un métal alcalino-terreux dans de l'eau distillée et on pulvérise au moins une fois la solution ainsi obtenue dans la chambre de séchage. Ce produit ainsi pulvérisé ramollit la pectine dure des fibres du bois qui empêche l'humidité de s'échapper, le sel du métal alcalino-terreux s'incorporant en même temps entre les fibres du bois.

Claims (6)

1. Procédure pour le traitement de bois vert, en cours de laquelle le bois brut, p.ex. bois de sciage, préparé pour le sèchement dans une salle de séchage sèche selon la manière connue, à une température de 40°C à 100°C jusqu'à ce qu'il attende un pourcentage d'humidité d'au moins 30%, procédure caractérisée en ce qu'on mélange à une solution aqueuse distillée d'un métal alcalino-terreux de l'acide azotique et le mélange ainsi reçu est aspergé au moins une fois dans la salle de séchage, cet agent d'aspersion ramollant la pectine dure se trouvant dans les fibres du bois et empêchant l'échappement de l'humidité tandis que le métal alcanico-terreux s'insert parmi les fibres du bois.
2. Procédure selon revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la composition du mélange à asperger soit choisie comme suit: de l'acide azotique (HNO₃) avec un pourcentage pondéral de 42-48, de l'eau distillée (H₂O) avec un pourcentage pondéral de 42-48, du sel du métal alcalin, p. ex. chlorure de calcium, avec un pourcentage pondéral de 4-16.
3. Procédure selon revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la concentration de l'acide azotique soit formée entre 65% et 96%.
4. Procédure selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'humidité du bois  ―  selon l'espèce de bois  ―  soit ajustée entre 18% et 30% avant l'aspersion.
5. Procédure selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'après l'aspersion la température à l'intérieur de la salle de séchage soit maintenue à une valeur s'élevant entre 40°C et 100°C lors du séchage.
6. Procédure selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que  ―  selon l'espèce de bois  ―  l'aspersion soit faite pendant une durée de 2 à 15 minutes, le nombre des cycles de l'aspersion étant choisi  ―  selon l'espèce de bois  ―  entre 1 et 10.
