Claims (8)

  1. Fleuret à rocher pour des foreuses à marteau, comportant un arbre hélicoïdal à un ou deux filets et au moins une plaque de coupe principale en métal dur, présentant des tranchants ou lames, inclinée en forme de toit, symétrique en coupe axiale par rapport à la pointe du fleuret, et s'étendant sur tout le diamètre de la tête du fleuret, plaque de coupe qui forme un angle obtus (α), et des plaques de coupe auxiliaires en une ou plusieurs pièces, agencées transversalement à celle-ci, pour former une tête de coupe en croix,
    caractérisé en ce que chaque plaque de coupe auxiliaire (7,8), agencée latéralement à la plaque de coupe principale (4), est réalisée de même sous forme d'un élément de coupe en forme de toit en coupe axiale, avec une pointe (16) formant un angle obtus (β), et en ce que les tranchants ou lames (5), orientés dans la direction d'avance du fleuret, de la plaque de coupe principale (4) et les deux tranchants ou lames (10), radialement externes, des deux plaques de coupe auxiliaires (7,8) sont agencés sur une surface d'enveloppe conique commune (11) d'angle (α).
  2. Fleuret selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la réalisation en forme de toit des plaques de coupe auxiliaires (7,8) est symétrique (axe de symétrie 9) ou asymétrique.
  3. Fleuret selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la profondeur t₂ de la gorge pour les plaques de coupe auxiliaires (7,8) est plus petite que la profondeur t₁ de la gorge pour la plaque de coupe principale (4), dans un rapport d'avantageusement environ t₁ : t₂ = 2 : 1.
  4. Fleuret selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les plaques de coupe auxiliaires (7,8) sont réalisées en une seule pièce avec des entailles dans les plaques de coupe auxiliaires et principale.
  5. Fleuret selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les plaques de coupe auxiliaires (7,8) sont raccordées à la plaque de coupe principale (4) par l'intermédiaire d'une fente de brasage.
  6. Fleuret selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les plaque de coupe en croix (4,7,8) sont agencées dans une tête de fleuret (2) ayant une section transversale quadratique ou circulaire ou rectangulaire ou en forme d'étoile.
  7. Fleuret selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les plaques de coupe auxiliaires (7,8) et/ou la plaque de coupe principale (4) présentent des tranchants ou lames en zigzag, pour former plusieurs pointes de coupe.
  8. Fleuret selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les plaques de coupe auxiliaires (7,8) constituent une réduction géométrique de la plaque de coupe principale (4).
