Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Äschern von Häuten und Fellen unter Haarerhaltung und Abtrennung der Haare, wobei man die Felle und Häute
  • a) in einer Weiche bestehend aus einer wäßrigen Flotte vom pH-Wert 7 - 10,5, mit einem Gehalt an mindestens einem Tensid während 4 - 48 Stunden behandelt, anschließend
  • b) in einem Inkubationsschritt
    die geweichten Felle und Häute mit einer wäßrigen Flotte enthaltend im wesentlichen von anorganischem Sulfid freies Enthaarungsmittel auf Basis reduzierend wirkender organischer Schwefelverbindungen und von Hydrotropika und während 30 bis 180, vorzugsweise 45 bis 90 Minuten bei einem pH-Wert von 9 - 11 behandelt und anschließend
  • c) in einer Immunisierungsphase
    auf die Felle und Häute, die durch Zusatz von Basen auf einen pH-Wert im Bereich von 10 - 14 gebrachte Flotte während 1 bis 12 Stunden, unter Bewegen zur Einwirkung gebracht und anschließend
  • d) in einem Haarlockerungsschritt
    auf die Felle und Häute die Flotte, der anorganisches Sulfid in Mengen entsprechend 0,5 bis 3 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Salz- bzw. Frischgewicht der Felle und Häute zugesetzt worden war, im pH-Bereich 10 - 14 während 30 - 180 Minuten zur Einwirkung gebracht wird und
  • e) Haare und Haut voneinander getrennt werden und
  • f) in einem Äscherschritt
    • die so erhaltenen Blößen unter Zusatz von Wasser, Alkali und Äscherhilfsmitteln in AH durchgeäschert werden, mit der Maßgabe, daß die Flotte jeweils 50 - 500 Gew.-% des eingesetzten Haut- oder Fellmaterials ausmacht.
