Claims (20)
- Procédé de pelanage de dépouilles et de peaux brutes en conservant les poils et en les détachant, comprenant une opération de trempe suivie d'une opération de pelanage avec immunisation des poils par prétraitement contrôlé par une substance alcaline,
caractérisé en ce quea) on traite les dépouilles et peaux brutes, pendant 4 à 48 h, dans un bain de trempe constitué par un liquide aqueux ayant un pH de 7 à 10,5 et contenant au moins un tenside T, puisb) dans une étape d'incubation, on traite les dépouilles et peaux brutes trempées par un liquide aqueux contenant des agents d'épilage EM pratiquement dépourvus de sulfure inorganique et à base de composés organiques du soufre à action réductrice RED-S et d'imprégnants HY, pendant 30 à 180 mn, de préférence pendant 45 à 90 mn, a un pH de 9 à 11, puisc) dans une phase d'immunisation, on fait agir sur les dépouilles et peaux brutes, pendant 1 à 12 h sous agitation, le liquide qui a été porté à un pH dans la gamme de 10 à 14 par addition de bases B, puisd) dans une étape de relâchement du poil, on fait agir sur les dépouilles et peaux brutes, pendant 30 à 180 mn dans la gamme de pH de 10 à 14, le liquide auquel a été ajouté du sulfure inorganique AS dans des proportions correspondant à 0,5-3% en poids par rapport au poids salé ou frais des dépouilles et peaux brutes, ete) le poil et la peau sont séparés l'un de l'autre etf) dans une étape de pelanage, les peaux nues ainsi obtenues sont pelanées à fond, avec addition d'eau, de substances alcalines et de produits auxiliaires de pelanage AH,étant spécifié que le liquide constitue chaque fois 50 à 500% en poids de la matière des dépouilles ou peaux brutes soumise au traitement. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tenside T est utilisé dans des proportions de 0,1 à 1,0, de préférence de 0,1 à 0,3% en poids, par rapport au poids salé ou frais des dépouilles et peaux brutes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le tenside T est un tenside neutre et/ou anionique.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le bain de trempe contient au moins une enzyme protéolytique dans des proportions qui correspondent à 2000-20 000 unités Löhlein-Volhard par kg de poids salé ou frais des dépouilles et peaux brutes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un mélange de protéases bactériennes (par exemple de Bacillus subtilis), de protéases de champignons (par exemple d'Aspergillus parasiticus) et de protéases pancréatiques, la part des protéases bactériennes se situant entre 20 et 70% de l'activité totale.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise, comme composés organiques du soufre à action réductrice RED-S, des composés de formule I

R₁ est mis pour un reste alkyle éventuellement ramifié, éventuellement cyclique, à 2-24 atomes de carbone, en particulier à 2-18 atomes de carbone et notamment à 2-12 atomes de carbone, le reste alkyle pouvant être substitué par un groupement hydroxy ou thiol, ou pour un reste -(CH₂)p-NR₂ R₃,
où R₂ et R₃ sont mis chacun, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, pour un atome d'hydrogène ou un reste alkyle à 1-6 atomes de carbone ou forment ensemble, avec inclusion d'un autre atome d'azote, d'un atome d'oxygène ou d'un atome de soufre, un hérétocycle (de préférence saturé), et p est mis pour un nombre entier de 2 à 6,
ou pour un reste -R₄-COOR₅,
où R₄ est mis pour un reste alkyle à 2-6 atomes de carbone, éventuellement ramifié et éventuellement substitué par un autre groupement COOR₅,
-SH pouvant être relié à un atome de carbone primaire, secondaire ou tertiaire, et où
R₅ est mis pour un atome d'hydrogène ou un reste alkyle à 1-6 atomes de carbone,
ou l'acide formamidinesulfinique. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise, comme imprégnant HY, un composé de formule II
dans laquelle R est mis pour un atome d'hydrogène, -NH₂, -CH₃ ou -NH-CN et X est mis pour un atome d'oxygène, de soufre ou NH, ou bien X forme avec R un système hétérocyclique, étant spécifié que le système hétérocyclique ne comporte que des hétéroatomes d'azote, et/ou les sels d'addition d'acide dérivés de ces composés. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'agent d'épilage EM contient en plus des amines de formule III
R₆NR₇R₈ III
dans laquelle R₆ est mis poour un reste alkyle à 1-8 atomes de carbone, éventuellement substitué par un groupement OH et éventuellement cyclique, et R₇ et R₈ sont mis chacun pour un atome d'hydrogène ou ont la même signification que R₁, ou dans laquelle R₇ et R₈ forment ensemble, avec l'atome d'azote et éventuellement avec un autre atome d'azote ou un atome d'oxygène, un hétérocycle à 5 ou 6 termes, étant spécifié qu'en présence d'un hétérocycle, R₆ peut être également mis pour un atome d'hydrogène. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape d'incubation, on procède avec un nouveau liquide.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise, comme base B dans la phase d'immunisation, de la chaux hydratée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pelanage est effectué pendant 12 à 36 h en conservant le liquide et en y ajoutant de l'eau, une substance alcaline, des sulfures inorganiques et des produits auxiliaires de pelanage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'achèvement de l'épilage et l'élimination du poil, le liquide est séparé des peaux nues et stocké pour être réutilisé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les peaux nues, débarrassées du liquide, sont traitées pendant 10 à 30 mn par de l'eau fraîche avec addition d'un agent neutralisant les substances alcalines.
- Procédé selon les revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé en ce que le liquide de lavage est recueilli et conservé pour être réutilisé.
- Procédé selon les revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé en ce que les peaux ainsi obtenues, qui ne sont que partiellement pelanées, sont écharnées et refendues.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que la fleur obtenue par refendage est pelanée pendant 6 à 36 h dans le liquide à réutiliser selon la revendication 12, avec addition d'eau fraîche ou du liquide de lavage selon la revendication 14, de substance alcaline, de sulfures inorganiques et de produits auxiliaires de pelanage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le liquide formé au pelanage de la fleur de refendage est conservé pour être réutilisé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la croûte obtenue au refendage est pelanée pendant 6 à 36 h dans le liquide obtenu selon la revendication 17, avec addition de substances alcalines, éventuellement d'eau et d'oxydants en soi connus.
- Procédé selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que les oxydants sont choisis dans le groupe constitué par les composés per, en particulier des peroxydes, les sels de fer (III), les sels de manganèse (II), les permanganates, les quinones, dans des proportions de 0,001 à 1% en poids, par rapport au poids de la croûte de refendage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le procédé est exécuté à des températures dans la gamme de 20 à 30°C.
