Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine mit einer Lichtschutzvorrichtung versehenes Isolierglasfenster nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
  • Aus der DE-A-2 314 013 ist bereits ein Isolierglasfenster bekannt mit zwei durch einen als Abstandhalter dienenden Profilrahmen getrennten Scheiben, mit einer Lichtschutzvorrichtung in Form eines Rollos, das eine im Scheibenzwischenraum bewegbare Lichtschutzbahn aufweist, und mit einem Elektromotor zum Antreiben der Lichtschutzvorrichtung, wobei die gesamte Lichtschutzvorrichtung im Scheibenzwischenraum angeordnet und mit ihren Enden in den gegenüberliegenden, parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung der Lichtschutzbahn verlaufenden Rahmenschenkeln des Profilrahmens gelagert ist und wobei einer dieser beiden Rahmenschenkel eine zum Aus- und Einbau der Lichtschutzvorrichtung geeignete, mit einem Deckel gasdicht verschließbare Öffnung aufweist.
  • Zur Aufnahme des Antriebsmotors an einer oberen Ecke einer Gummileiste ist eine seitliche Erweiterung vorgesehen. Diese bedingt größere Abmessungen des Fensterrahmens. Für einen Wechsel des Motors genügt das Öffnen besagter Erweiterung. Bezüglich der Jalousie ist das gesamte Paket aus der Gummileiste zu nehmen.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht deshalb auch darin, eine auch nachträglich noch in Isolierglasfenster üblicher Bauart leicht integrierbare, auswechselbare Lichtschutzvorrichtung zu schaffen, die keinerlei außerhalb des Abstandhalterahmens separat anbringbaren Kapseln o.ä. mehr benötigt.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch die im Hauptanspruch angegebenen Mittel und Merkmale; die Unteransprüche beinhalten sinnvolle Weiterbildungen der baulichen Ausgestaltungen nach dem Hauptanspruch. Die Zeichnungen zeigen in

  • Aus den Darstellungen gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 ersieht man ein Isolierglasfenster mit zwei durch einen als Abstandhalter dienenden Profilrahmen 7, 7a getrennte Scheiben 1, sowie einer zum Auswechseln vorgesehenen Lichtschutzvorrichtung 2, 3 in Form einer Jalousie bzw. eines Rollos, die eine im Scheibenzwischenraum 1a bewegbare Lichtschutzbahn aufweist und einen Elektromotor 3a zum Antreiben der Lichtschutzvorrichtung 2, 3. Neu ist hierbei nun, daß die gesamte Lichtschutzvorrichtung 2, 3 im Scheibenzwischenraum 1a angeordnet und mit ihren Enden in den gegenüberliegenden, parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung der Lichtschutzbahn verlaufenden Rahmenschenkeln 7a des Profilrahmens 7 gelagert ist. Von beiden Rahmenschenkeln 7a weist wenigstens einer eine mit einem Deckel 4, 5 gasdicht verschließbare Öffnung 6 zum Aus- und Einbauen der Lichtschutzvorrichtung 2, 3 auf.
  • Weiterhin ist erfindungserheblich gemäß Fig. 3 bis 5 noch vorgesehen, daß der die Öffnung 6 enthaltende Bereich 7a' des Rahmenschenkels 7a sowie der der Öffnung 6 gegenüberliegende, das Lager 5c für die Lichtschutzvorrichtung 2 tragende Bereich 7a'' des gegenüberliegenden Rahmenschenkels 7a separate Bauteile bilden, die über Verbindungsstücke 8 bündig in die Rahmenschenkel 7a eingepaßt sind.
    Eine besondere Stabilität erhält das neue Isolierglasfenster im übrigen noch dadurch, daß die die Lagerzapfen 5b und 5c tragenden Eckbauteile 7a' und 7a'' winkelförmig ausgebildet und die jeweils an den freien Enden liegenden Verbindungsstücke 8 einstückig an diese Winkel 7a und 7a'' angeformt bzw. aus diesen herausgearbeitet sind.
    Anstelle der Lagerzapfen 5b und 5c für die Rolloaufwickelwalze 3 können auch Konsolen, Winkelstücke o. dgl. innen an den Eckbauteilen 7a' und 7a'' angeschraubt sein, zum Aufsetzen einer speziellen Rollohalterung bzw. der Faltjalousieführung.
  • Der Elektromotor ist als mit der Lichtschutzvorrichtung im Scheibenzwischenraum 1a angeordneter Rohrmotor 3a ausgebildet.
  • Das gesamte Isolierglasfenster 1 sitzt letztlich in üblicher Weise an einem Rahmen 13.
  • In spezieller baulicher Weiterbildung dieses erfinderischen Grundgedankens ist dabei gemäß Fig. 3 vom Detail her vorgesehen, daß der Deckel aus einer Platte 4 mit erhabenem Einsatz 5 zum formschlüssigen Ausfüllen der Öffnung 6 im Rahmenschenkel 7a besteht, und daß dieser Einsatz 5 eine O-Ring-Dichtung 5a sowie einen ins Scheibeninnere 1a weisenden Lagerzapfen 5b für die Lichtschutzvorrichtung 2 aufweist die gesamte Mechanik der Sonnen- bzw. Lichtschutzvorrichtung 2 ist hierbei also an dem Verschlußdeckel 4, 5 befestigt und mit diesem ein- sowie wieder ausbaubar. Die Befestigungsschrauben 4a garantieren dabei zusätzlich den gasdichten Sitz der O-Ring-Dichtung.
  • Letztlich zeigt Fig. 6 noch eine Alternative, bei der der Elektromotor 9 kopfseitig separat auf den Profilrahmen 7 aufgesetzt ist, und daß eine Antriebswellendurchführung 10 durch den Profilrahmen 7 in den Scheibenzwischenraum 1a vorgesehen ist.
  • Diese Lösung wird beispielsweise dann gewählt, wenn der normale Scheibenzwischenraum 1a für die Unterbringung des Antriebsmotors nicht ausreicht; die Antriebsumlenkung zur Aufwickelwalze 3 erfolgt dann über das nur schematisch angedeutete Kegelrad-, Winkel- oder Schneckengetriebe 11.
  • Im übrigen ist bei beiden Varianten die O-Ring-Dichtung 5a in einer umlaufenden Nut 5a' des Einsatzes 5 angeordnet.

Claims (5)

  1. Isolierglasfenster mit zwei durch einen als Abstandhalter dienenden Profilrahmen (7) getrennten Scheiben (1), bei dem eine auswechselbare Lichtschutzvorrichtung (2,3) in Form einer Jalousie bzw. eines Rollos mit bewegbarer Lichtschutzbahn im Scheibenzwischenraum (1a) und ein diese antreibender Elektromotor (3a, 9) vorgesehen ist, die Enden der Lichtschutzvorrichtung in den gegenüberliegenden, parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung der Lichtschutzbahn verlaufenden Rahmenschenkeln (7a) des Profilrahmens (7) gelagert sind und wenigstens einer der beiden Rahmenschenkel (7a) eine mit einem Deckel (4,5) gasdicht verschließbare Öffnung (6) zum Ausund Einbauen der Lichtschutzvorrichtung (2,3) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der die mit dem Deckel (4,5) formschlüssig zu verschließende Öffnung (6) enthaltende Bereich (7a') des Rahmenschenkels (7a) sowie der der Öffnung (6) gegenüberliegende, das Lager (5c) für die Lichtschutzvorrichtung (2,3) tragende Bereich (7a'') des gegenüberliegenden Rahmenschenkels (7a) separate Eckbauteile bilden, die über Verbindungsstücke (8) bündig in die Rahmenschenkel (7a) eingepaßt sind, daß diese die Lagerzapfen (5b, 5c) tragenden Eckbauteile (7a', 7a'') winkelförmig ausgebildet und die jeweils an den freien Enden liegenden Verbindungsstücke (8) einstückig an diese Winkel (7a', 7a'') angeformt sind, und daß der Elektromotor (3a, 9) zwischen den Winkeln (7a', 7a'') der Rahmenschenkel (7a) im Scheibenzwischenraum (1a) oder kopfseitig auf dem Profilrahmen (7) angeordnet ist.
  2. Isolierglasfenster nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der zum formschlüssigen Ausfüllen der Öffnung (6) im Rahmenschenkel (7a) dienende Deckel aus einer Platte (4) mit erhabenem Einsatz (5) besteht, und daß dieser Einsatz (5) eine O-Ring-Dichtung (5a) sowie einen ins Scheibeninnere (1a) weisenden Lagerzapfen (5b) für die Lichtschutzvorrichtung (2,3) aufweist.
  3. Isolierglasfenster nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die O-Ring-Dichtung (5a) in einer umlaufenden Nut (5a') des Einsatzes (5) angeordnet ist.
  4. Isolierglasfenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Elektromotor als mit der Lichtschutzvorrichtung im Scheibenzwischenraum (1a) angeordneter Rohrmotor (3a) ausgebildet ist.
  5. Isolierglasfenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Elektromotor (9) kopfseitig separat zwischen den Rahmenteilen (7a) auf den Profilrahmen (7) aufgesetzt ist, und daß eine Antriebswellendurchführung (10) durch den Profilrahmen (7) in den Scheibenzwischenraum (1a') vorgesehen ist.
