Claims (19)

1. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Griffstange (20) und eines Kopfes (30) eines Golfschlägers (10) mit des Möglichkeit der Änderung des Anstellwinkels der Griffstange des Schlägers, bei welchem das Zusammensetzen durch Zusammenfügen und Verbinden zweier Kopplungsteils (22,40) erfolgt, welche komplementäre sowie mit der Griffstange (20) bzw. dem Kopf (30) des Golfschlägers zusammenhängende Anlageflächen aufweisen und bei welchem man die Winkellage der beiden Kopplungsteile (22,40) im Bezug aufeinander einstellt, indem man die Anlagepunkte des inneren Kopplunsteiles (40) im äußeren Kopplungsteil (22) bei ihrem Zusammenfügen einstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man verschiedene Anlagepunkte des inneren Kopplungsteiles (40) in äußeren Kopplungsteil (22) als Funktion verschiedener gewünschter Antellwinkel vorsieht und man im Augenblick des Zusammenfügens nur den Anlagepunkt oder die Anlagepunkte entsprechend dem gewünschten Anstellwinkel beibehält.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als Anlagepunkte lösbare Vorsprünge (43,44,45,46, 47,48) verwendet, die an der seitlichen Wand des inneren Kopplungsteiles (40) oder an der Innenwand des äußeren Kopplungsteiles (22) vorgesehen sind.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zur Festlegung jedes Anstellwinkels mehrere Vorsprünge (45,46;43,48;44,47) verwendet, die in regelmäßigen Winkeln auf den Umfang der Anlagefläche verteilt sind.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zum Festlegen jedes Wertes des Anstellwinkels zwei Vorsprünge (45,46;43,48;44,47) verwendet, die einander diametral gegenüberliegen.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Vorsprung (45,46;43,48;44,47), der einem bestimmten Wert des Anstellwinkels zugeordnet ist, mit den anderen Anlagepunkten, die diesem Wert entsprechen, eine entsprechende Anlageflächen-Einhüllende (51,52,53) definiert, welche zur Anlagefläche (44) des anderen Kopplungsteiles (22) komplementär ist und deren jeweilige Achse (41,49,50) bezüglich der Achse (41) des inneren oder äußeren (40) Kopplungsteiles um einen Winkel geneigt ist, der dem der vorgegebenen Winkelstellung entspricht.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (43,44,45,46,47,48) auf der Außenwand des inneren Kopplungsteiles (40) gebildet sind.
7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlageflächen (51,52,53) Flächen mit konvergierenden Seiten sind.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Kopplungsteil (22) sowie seine innere Anlagefläche (24) zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegende ebene Flächen (22a,) enthält, die durch einander gegenüberliegende Teile einer konischen Fläche (22b) verbunden sind.
9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung der beiden Teile nach dem Zusammensetzen durch Kleben mittels eines Epoxyharz- oder ähnlichen Klebers erfolgt, der die Zwischenräume zwischen den Oberflächen der Kopplungsteile (22,40) auszufüllen vermag.

Kopf für einen Golfschläger mit einem Hals (40), der sich längs einer Längsachse (4) nach oben erstreckt und mindestens zum Teil aus einem inneren Kopplungsteil besteht, das für den Eingriff und die Befestigung im untersten, rohrförmigen Teil (22) einer Griffstange (20), die einen äußeren Kopplungsteil aufweist, geeignet ist, um einen Golfschläger zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mehrere Vorsprünge (43 bis 48) enthält, die in Reihen von mindestens zwei diametral gegenüberliegenden Vorsprüngen beiderseits der Längsachse (41) angeordnet sind und daß die Reihen von Vorsprüngne längs der Längsachse (41) abgestuft sind.
11. Kopt für einen Golfschäger nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er sechs Anlage-Vorsprünge (43,44,45,46,47,48) enthält, die in drei Sätzen zu je zwei entgegengesetzten Vorsprüngen angeordnet sind und daß die Vorsprünge Anlagepunkte des Halses im äußeren Kopplungsteil (22) der Griffstange (20) bilden.
12. Kopf für einen Golfschläger nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge jedes Paares (45,46;43,48;47,44) jeweils eine entsprechende Hüllfläche (51,52,53) mit gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen definieren, die mit einem Winkel konvergieren, der dem der Hüllfläche der Anlagefläche (24) des äußeren Kopplungsteiles (22) entsprechen.
13. Kopf für einen Golfschläger nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hüllkurve Seitenflächen (51,52,53) mit einem Konvergenzwinkel von ungefähr 10° aufweisen.
14. Kopf für einen Golfschläger nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Hüllfläche (51) mit den konvergierenden Seitenflächen koaxial zu der (41) des Halses (40) ist und daß die Achse (49,50) der jeweiligen Hüllflächen (52,53) mit den konvergierenden Seitenflächen um einen Winkel (b) bezüglich der Achse (41) des Halses geneigt ist.
15. Kopf für einen Golfschläger nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel (b) gleich 1,5° ist.
16. Kopt für einen Golfschläger nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß geschwächte Zonen auf der Höhe der Verbindung der jeweiligen Vorsprünge (43,44,45,46,47,48) mit dem Hals (40) vorgesehen sind.
17. Kopf für einen Golfschläger nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Hals (40) mit einem in wesentlichen ovalen Querschnitt hat.
18. Kopf für einen Golfschläger nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sein Hals (40) eine im wesentlichen konische Form mit abgeflachten entgegengesetzten Seiten (40a) hat.
19. Griffstange für einen Golfschläger, die sich längs einer Längsachse (85) erstreckt und in ihrem unteren Teil einen äußeren rohrförmigen Kopplunsteil (22) aufweist, der zum Einsetzen und Befestigen eines inneren Kopplungsteiles bestimmt ist, der aus einem sich nach oben ertreckenden Hals (40) eines Golfschlägerkopfes (30) besteht, um einen Golfschläger zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Kopplungsteil (22) mehrere Vorsprünge (43 bis 48) aufweist, die in Sätzen von mindestens zwei Vorsprüngen einander bezüglich der Längsachse (25) diametral gegenüberliegen angeordnet sind und daß die Vorsprünge längs der Längsachse (25) abgestuft sind.
