Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vor­ richtung zum Formen, Füllen und Verschliessen von Schlauch­ beutelpackungen.
Bei bestimmten Füllprodukten ist es vorteilhaft, vor dem Verschliessen die Beutelpackung "abzustreifen", d.h. dafür zu sorgen, dass der Beutel volumenmässig verdrängt wird. Damit erreicht man, dass alle Packungen satt gefüllt werden trotz schwankendem spezifischem Gewicht des Füllproduktes.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsmässig durch Zurückförderung des Beutelschlauches unter Passieren einer Engstelle gelöst.
Der Vorteil der Erfindung besteht in der Möglichkeit, dank kleinen bewegten Massen hohe Produktionsgeschwindigkeiten zu erreichen.
