Claims (9)

  1. Feststellvorrichtung, insbesondere für ein- oder zweiflügelige Fenster, mit einem Arm (3, 23), der die Verbindung zwischen dem zu öffnenden Flügel und der Zarge im Fall eines einflügeligen Fensters oder zwischen den zwei Flügeln im Fall eines zweiflügeligen Fenster sicherstellt, welcher Arm (3, 23) an einem Ende mit einem Trägerelement (4, 24) und am anderen Ende mit einem Schloß (1) versehen ist, das betätigt wird, wenn über den maximal durch den Arm (3, 23) zugelassenen Öffnungsgrad hinaus geöffnet werden soll,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Arm (3, 23) mit einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung (16, 5) oder einer Reibvorrichtung (27) versehen ist, die mit dem Träger (4, 24) verbunden ist, um den Halt des Flügels in der gewünschten Öffnungsstellung innerhalb der Grenze des durch den Arm (3, 23) zugelassenen maximalen Öffnungsgrads sicherzustellen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (2) des Schlosses (1) als Gelenkachse am Ende des Verbindungsarms (3, 23) dient.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schloß (1) ein Schloß mit Krafterfassung ist und es ermöglicht, einen Einbruchsalarm auszulösen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die veränderbare effektive Länge des Arms (3), die den Öffnungsgrad bestimmt, durch ein Einrastteil (5) geregelt ist, das Kugeln (14) und eine Feder (15) umfaßt, die auf den Arm (3) wirken.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (3) in Art einer Sicherheitsnadel geformt ist, von der ein Ende als Begrenzung des Öffnungsgrades dient und deren Innenwände eine Rastanordnung (16) aufnehmen, auf die die Kugeln (14) des Einrastteils (5) wirken.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (4, 24) des dem Schloß (1) gegenüberliegenden Endes des Arms (3) um eine Achse (10) schwingfähig und senkrecht zu dieser Achse gleitfähig ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm mit veränderbarer Länge (23) aus einem Rohr (25) und einer Schraube (28) besteht, die zusammenschiebbar sind und zwischen denen ein regelbares Reiborgan (27) angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibelement (27) eine Feder aus Elastomer ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die Längenänderung des Öffnungsarms (23) hervorgerufene Luftströmung als Alarmvorrichtung verwendet wird, indem sie durch eine zur Abgabe eines Pfeiftons eingerichtete Öffnung (35) geführt wird.
