Abstract

Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Reinigung von Rohrleitungen, insbesondere Schankleitungen, gibt es ein Vierwege-­ Umschaltventil mit einem verschiebbaren Kolben (5), der in einer Buchse (26) gelagert ist, die als durch­ gehender Hohlzylinder mit konstantem Durchmesser und einstückig mit dem Gehäuse (2) ausgebildet ist. Der Kolben (5) weist zwei Ventilöffnungen (18, 19) auf, wobei jeweils eine der Ventilöffnungen mit einem Zulauf­ anschluß (3) in Verbindung steht, während die jeweils andere Ventilöffnung über einen von der Umfangsfläche des Kolbens (5) ausgehenden Verbindungsraum (27) mit dem Ablaufanschluß (4) verbunden ist. Auf diese Weise ergibt sich ein kompakteres, kleineres Gehäuse (2), das durch Spritzen einstückig mit der Buchse, den Zulauf- und Ablaufanschlüssen (3, 4) sowie den Anschluß­ einrichtungen (9) für Zwischengehäuse (10, 10′) zu den Rohrleitungen herstellbar ist. Die Stirnflächen (7, 7′) des Kolbens (5) und die Innenräume (44, 45) von Zwischengehäusen (10, 10′) haben einen geringeren Durch­ messer als den Größtdurchmesser des Kolbens (5). Die Stirnflächen (7, 7′) ragen über den größten Teil des Kolbenhubs in die Innenräume (44, 45). Dies erlaubt ein sicheres und rasches Umschalten.
