Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour augmenter la longueur d'adhésion de rubans de fibres (1), particulièrement de rubans de fibres textiles qui sont délivrés par des machines de filature traitant des fibres textiles (comme par exemple des peigneuses) dans un récipient (7) ou directement dans une machine suivante de filature, et où le ruban de fibres (1) est guidé en passant entre deux rouleaux calandreurs (4, 5), dont au moins un des rouleaux calandreurs (5) est maintenu chargé par un ressort dans la direction de l'autre rouleau calandreur (4), et les deux rouleaux calandreurs (4, 5) sont pourvus d'élévations (16) en forme de dents, dirigées transversalement, sur leur circonférence extérieure, qui exercent la force de pression sur le ruban de fibres (1), vu dans le sens de la circonférence, et qui peuvent s'engrener l'une dans l'autre comme une roue dentée,
    caractérisé par le fait que,
    en regardant le profit, les élévations en forme de dents (16) s'élèvent de 0,3 mm à 0,8 mm, et l'angle (α) compris entre le flanc (17) de la dent et la radiale passant au milieu de la dent est plus grand que 45°.
  2. Dispositif selon revendication 1,

    par rapport aux axes des rouleaux calandreurs, la tête de dent de chaque élévation est pourvue d'un arrondi en forme d'arc de cercle convexe et le pied de dent est pourvu d'un arrondi en forme d'arc de cercle concave, arrondis dont les rayons (R1, R2) correspondent à l'importance de la hauteur de dent.
  5. Dispositif selon revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait que
    les rouleaux calandreurs sont pourvus de flanges de guidage latérales (8, 9), faisant saillie au-dessus du diamètre du rouleau, afin de guider latéralement le ruban de fibres (1).
