Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine unstabile Verpackung aus Kunststoff, Aluminium oder Aluminium-Kunststoff-Laminat für Konserven weicher und/oder flüssiger Beschaffenheit, bestehend aus einem halbstarren schalenförmigen Behälter und einem mit dem Behälterrand durch eine Siegelnaht versiegelten, eine über den Behälterrand hinausragende Aufreisslasche aufweisenden Deckel.
  • Derartige Verpackungen werden seit langem für die Verpackung von Fertiggerichten, insbesondere hitzesterilisierten Fertiggerichten in Konservenform, verwendet. Die Behälter sind entweder einschalig oder als Mehrgefachschale ausgebildet, wobei bei einem einschaligen Behälter auch ein Mehrgefacheinsatz, insbesondere aus Kunststoff, bekannt ist. Zum Verzehr der Lebensmittel werden üblicherweise die Verpackungen im ungeöffneten Zustand aufgewärmt, wobei diese insbesondere auf Grund der nachlassenden Steifigkeit des Kunststoffs stark an Stabilität verlieren. Zum Oeffnen einer solchen Verpackung durch Abreissen des Deckels unter Verwendung der Abreisslasche ist es jedoch notwendig, den Behälter gut festzuhalten. Im heissen Zustand ist dies ohne Zuhilfenahme von im Küchenbereich üblichen Wärmeisoliermassnahmen - Handtuch, Topflappen etc. - von Hand kaum möglich und darüber hinaus führt der von der Hand auf den Behälter ausgeübte Druck häufig zu einer Behälterverformung, welche auf Grund der Inhaltsvolumenverringerung des Behälters das darin befindliche Lebensmittel herausfliessen oder auf Grund der plötzlichen Druckeinwirkung herausspritzen lässt.
  • Zur Behebung der geschilderten Probleme wurde bereits in der DE-A-18 10 958 vorgeschlagen, bei einer unstabilen Verpackung der eingangs genannten Art den Deckel und den Behälterrand im gleichen Randabschnitt mit im wesentlichen deckungsgleich aufeinanderliegend angeordneten, ausserhalb des versiegelten Behälterrandes voneinander abnehmbaren Aufreisslaschen zu versehen.
  • Diese Anordnung hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass bei der Herstellung des Behälters, welche beispielsweise durch Tiefziehen erfolgt, die Aufreisslasche für den Behälter entweder bereits bei der Zuteilung der Aluminium- oder Aluminium-Kunststoff-Laminatfolie, die durch den Tiefziehvorgang in einen Behälter verformt wird, vorgesehen oder nach Fertigung des Behälters durch Ansiegeln, Ankleben oder Verschweissen an diesen angebracht werden muss. Beide Möglichkeiten sind im Vergleich zu Behältern ohne Aufreisslasche mit erheblichen Mehrkosten verbunden.
  • Das DE-U-87 06 646 beschreibt eine Menüschale mit ablösbarem Deckel, wobei die beschriebene Lösung nicht nachvollziehbar ist.
  • Angesichts dieser Gegebenheiten hat sich der Erfinder die Aufgabe gestellt, eine unstabile Verpackung der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, welche die genannten Probleme überwindet und die Nachteile des Behälters mit Aufreisslasche nicht aufweist.
  • Erfindungsgemäss wird die gestellte Aufgabe durch eine unstabile Verpackung gelöst, welche sich nach dem Wortlaut des Anspruchs 1 auszeichnet. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der erfindungsgemässen Verpackung sind durch die Merkmale der Ansprüche 2 und 3 gekennzeichnet.
  • Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Verpackung nach der Erfindung sind beispielhaft in der Zeichnung veranschaulicht. Diese zeigt in

  • Die unstabile Verpackung besteht aus einem halbstarren schalenförmigen Behälter 10 mit Behälterrand 11 und einem mit dem Behälterrand 11 durch eine Siegelnaht 12 versiegelten Deckel 30, der eine über den Behälterrand 11 hinausragende Aufreisslasche 310 aufweist. Die Aufreisslasche 310 ist in einem Abstand vom äusseren Rand 31 über den grössten Teil des Randbereichs mit einem Schnitt 32 versehen. Durch den Schnitt 32 wird eine innen liegende Zunge 311 und eine ösenförmige Lasche 312 gebildet. In Fortsetzung der Kontur des Schnitts 32 weist der Deckel 30 im Bereich der Siegelnaht 12 und in einem Abstand vom äusseren Rand 31 eine umlaufende Schwächelinie 33 auf. Vorteilhaft liegt die Schwächelinie 33 im Deckelrand nahen Bereich der Siegelnaht 12, so dass der Anteil der Siegelnaht 12, der zum Füllgut der Verpackung gerichtet ist, breiter ist als der Anteil der Siegelnaht 12, der zum Randbereich gerichtet ist. Durch diese Massnahme wird die Qualität der Versiegelung durch die Schwächelinie 33 nur unwesentlich beeinflusst und somit die Haltbarkeit der Verpackung als Konserve garantiert.
  • In Figur 4 ist in Draufsicht eine Verpackung mit zwei Siegelnähten 12, 12′ und dazwischen liegender Schwächelinie 33 dargestellt. Die Schwächelinie 33 läuft knapp über den halben Umfang des Deckels 30.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Schwächelinie 33 als Schnittlinie ausgeführt. Zur Anbringung der Schnittlinie kann der Schnitt entweder nach der Versiegelung vorgenommen werden oder der Deckel 30 vor der Versiegelung derart geschnitten werden, dass das Siegelmedium, z.B. ein Hotmelt, oder bei einem Deckel 30 aus Aluminium-Kunststofflaminat die der Siegelnaht 12 benachbarte Kunststoffschicht durch den Schnitt nicht verletzt wird und der Deckel 30 als solcher einteilig bleibt.
  • Zum Oeffnen der Verpackung wird mit einer Hand die innere Zunge 311 und mit der anderen Hand die ösenförmige Lasche 312 gehalten. Durch Ziehen der Zunge 311 gegen die Mitte des Behälters 10 wird der Deckel 30 entlang der Schwächelinie 33 aufgerissen, so dass der Teil des Deckels 30 mit der ösenförmigen Lasche 312 am Behälterrand 11 verbleibt und der Teil des Deckels 30 mit der Zunge 311 von diesem gelöst wird.
  • Im Fall der Ausbildung der Verpackung gemäss Figur 4 teilt sich der Deckel 30 an den beiden Enden der Schwächelinie 33 zwischen den Siegelnähten 12, 12′ durch die ziehende Beanspruchung weiter, so dass ebenfalls wie oben beschrieben die Lasche 312 am Behälterrand 11 verbleibt, während sich die Zunge 311 vollständig löst.

Claims (3)

  1. Unstabile Verpackung aus Kunststoff, Aluminium oder Aluminium-Kunststoff-Laminat für Konserven weicher und/oder flüssiger Beschaffenheit, bestehend aus einem halbstarren schalenförmigen Behälter (10) und einem mit dem Behälterrand (11) durch eine Siegelnaht (12) versiegelten, eine über den Behälterrand (11) hinausragende Aufreisslasche (310) aufweisenden Deckel (30),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Aufreisslasche (310) in einem Abstand vom äusseren Rand (31) des Deckels (30) und über den grössten Teil ihres Randbereichs mit einem, eine innen liegende Zunge (311) und eine ösenförmige Lasche (312) bildenden Schnitt (32) versehen ist und in Fortsetzung der Kontur des Schnitts (32) der Deckel (30) in einem im Abstand vom äusseren Rand (31) liegenden Bereich eine Schwächelinie (33) aufweist, und
    die Schwächelinie (33) im Bereich der Siegelnaht (12) liegt, oder
    die Schwächelinie (33) im deckelrandnahen Bereich der Siegelnaht (12) liegt, oder
    die unstabile Verpackung eine parallel zur ersten Siegelnaht (12) verlaufende zweite Siegelnaht (12') aufweist und die Schwächelinie (33) zwischen den Siegelnähten (12, 12') verläuft.
  2. Unstabile Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächelinie (33) mindestens über den halben Umfang des Deckels (30) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Unstabile Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächelinie (33) eine Schnittlinie ist.
