Claims (11)

1. Einstellbares Schließblech für ein Schloß, insbesonde re für eine Kraftfahrzeugklappe oder -tür, mit einem Gehäuse (2), das an einem Rahmenteil (D) befestigbar ist, das eine Öffnung umgibt, die dazu bestimmt ist, von einer Klappe (V) verschlossen zu werden, wobei dieses Schließblech ein Mitnehmerelement (13) aufweist, das in dem Gehäuse (2) so angebracht ist, daß es während des Verschließens in Richtung der relativen Verschiebung des Schließbleches und eines von der Klappe getragenen Riegels (P) gleiten kann, wobei der Riegel (P) dazu geeignet ist, mit diesem Mitnehmerelement (13) zusammenzuwirken, und wobei Verbindungseinrichtungen (J) vorgesehen sind, um eine schrittweise Verschiebung des Elements (13) relativ zum Gehäuse (2) in der Richtung zu ermöglichen, die einer Annäherung der Klappe (V) an den Rahmenteil (D) ent spricht, und um eine Verschiebung in der entgegen gesetzten Richtung zu verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine elastische Einrichtung (22) aufweist, die dazu geeignet ist, das Mitnehmerelement (13) so gegen die Verbindungseinrichtung (J) zu drücken, daß der Riegel (P) das Element (13) während des Schließens der Klappe bis in eine Mitnahmestellung zurückdrücken kann, die einer zufriedenstellenden Stellung der Klappe (V) bezüglich des Rahmenteils (D) entspricht, wobei die Einstellung der Stellung des Elements (13) auf diese Weise automatisch erhalten wird.
2. Schließblech nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (J) auf der Seite des Gehäuses (2) eine ortsfeste Zahnstange (16) aufweist, während das Mitnehmerelement (13) eine komplementäre Zahnstange (17) enthält, deren Zähne für ein Zusammenwirken mit der Zahnstange (16) des Gehäuses geeignet sind, wobei das Mitnehmerelement (13) durch die elastische Einrichtung (22) gegen die Zahnstange (16) des Gehäuses gedrückt wird.

Schließblech nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (J) ein Sperrklinkenmechanismus ist und geeignet ist, während der Einstellung die Verschiebung des Mitnehmerelementes (13) in der Richtung zu ermöglichen, die einer Annäherung der Klappe (V) und des Rahmenteils (S) entspricht, und die Verschiebung in entgegengesetzter Richtung zu verhindern.

Schließblech nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Zahn der Zahnstangen (16, 17) eine Fläche (23), die bezüglich der Einstellrichtung (D) angemessen geneigt ist und eine weitere Fläche (24) aufweist, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zu dieser Richtung (D) ist, wobei das Mitnehmerelement (13) so in dem Gehäuse (2) angebracht ist, daß es sich gegen die elastische Rückholeinrichtung (22) von der ortsfesten Zahnstange (16) entfernen kann, damit die Zähne außer Eingriff kommen können.

Schließblech nach Anspruch 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse einen rechtwinkligen Querschnitt aufweist und auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Flächen offen ist, damit das Mitnehmerelement (13) vollkommen durch es hindurchgehen kann, wobei dieses Element die Form einer Platte hat, deren Breite (1) im wesentlichen gleich der inneren Breite (L) des Gehäuses ist, und die Kanten (20, 21) der Zähne der Zahnstangen (16, 17) parallel zur Richtung der Breite (L) ausgerichtet sind.

Schließblech nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Rückholeinrichtung (22) zwischen einem gegen das Gehäuse (2) fest angebrachten Widerlager und einer an dem Mitnehmerelement (13) vorgesehenen Abstützung vorgesehen ist, damit dieses Element (13) gegen die ortsfeste Zahnstange (16) gedrückt wird.
7. Schließblech nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Rückholeinrichtung wenigstens eine Druckfeder (25, 26) aufweist, die zwischen einer Innenfläche des Gehäuses (2) und einer Fläche des Mitnehmerelements (13) angeordnet ist.

Schließblech nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Druckfeder (25, 26) um einen Führungsstein (27) herum angeordnet ist, der sich mit dem Mitnehmerelement (13) verschieben kann, wenn sich dieses von der ortsfesten Zahnstange (16) entfernt, wobei ein Ende des Führungssteins (27) mit der Möglichkeit des Gleitens in eine Öffnung (28) in einer Wand des Gehäuses (2) eingreift.
9. Schließblech nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein eine Verriegelungseinrichtung (B) aufweist, die dafür angeordnet ist, daß sie, wenn sie verwendet wird, der Trennung des Mitnehmerelements (13) bezüglich der ortsfesten Zahnstange (16) Widerstand leistet und auf diese Weise die Zusammenwirkung der Zähne der jeweiligen Zahnstangen (16, 17) aufrechterhält, was jede Verschiebung des Mitnehmerelements (13) bezüglich des Gehäuses (2) verhindert.
10. Schließblech nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung (B) auf beiden Seiten des Gehäuses (2) in der Wand dieses letzteren ein Materialband (30, 31) aufweist, das an diese Wand angrenzt, aber längs seiner Längsseiten frei ist, und dazu geeignet ist, nach der Einstellung des Schließbleches in Richtung des Inneren des Gehäuses (2) verformbar ist, damit das Trennen des Mitnehmerelements (13) bezüglich der festen Zahnstange (16) verhindert wird.
11. Schloß mit einem Schließblech nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
