Claims (5)
- Procédé pour l'apprêtage de cuir par application par pulvérisation de bains d'apprêtage contenant des solvants organiques renfermant éventuellement de l'eau dans un champ électrostatique, caractérisé en ce qu'on pulvérise les bains d'apprêtage dès le départ dans une atmosphère dissolvante contenant des solvants organiques renfermant éventuellement de l'eau, cette atmosphère présentant une teneur résiduelle en oxygène de 15 % en volume au maximum.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la teneur résiduelle en oxygène est inférieure à 10 % en volume, de préférence inférieure à 7 % en volume.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la viscosité des bains à la température de travail s'élève à 500-5000 cP.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pulvérisation est effectuée en présence d'un gaz inerte.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est essentiellement constitué d'une cabine de pulvérisation convenant pour la mise en oeuvre de l'opération de pulvérisation électrostatique par le procédé à grande vitesse de rotation, par le procédé airless ou par atomisation pneumatique (avec utilisation d'un gaz inerte à la place d'air), la cabine étant équipée d'un appareil de mesure de l'oxygène, d'une arrivée de gaz inerte et d'une arrivée d'air comprimé, d'une cloche de pulvérisation en liaison avec un bain d'apprêtage, d'un générateur de haute tension, d'une évacuation d'air, d'un dispositif de mouvement de la pièce et d'une table de support mise à la terre.
