Abstract

Verpackung aus Karton od.dgl. für in zwei Reihen angeordnete becherförmige Behälter (25), mit einem Boden (5), zwei Seitenwänden (3, 4) sowie einer Deckwand (2), mit Einschnitten (1-14) im Bereich der Faltlinien zwischen Deck- und Seitenwänden und mit im Boden im Bereich eines jeden Behälters vorgesehenen zwei bogenförmig verlaufenden Schnittlinien (20, 21), deren Enden durch jeweils eine parallel zu den Boden-Faltlinien verlaufende Faltlinie (22, 23) verbunden sind. Um diese Faltlinien werden die so abgegrenzten Bodenabschnitte (24) nach oben zur Anlage an die Wand des Behälters umgefaltet.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verpackung aus Karton od.dgl. für in zwei Reihen angeordnete becherförmige Behälter, mit einem Boden, zwei Seitenwänden sowie einer Deckwand, wobei im Bereich der zwischen den einzelnen Wänden liegenden Faltlinien Einschnitte vorgesehen sind, in welche die Behälter eingreifen.
  • Derartige Verpackungen sind bekannt und haben sich für becherförmige Behälter, die an ihren oberen Flanschrändern miteinander verbunden sind, hervorragend bewährt. Sollen jedoch einzelne becherförmige Behälter verpackt werden, so reicht der ihnen gewährte Halt im allgemeinen nicht aus.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß auch einzelne Behälter sehr gut festgelegt werden.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß im Boden im Bereich eines jeden zu verpackenden Behälters zwei bogenförmig verlaufende Schnittlinien vorgesehen sind, deren Enden durch jeweils eine parallel zu den Boden-Faltlinien verlaufende Faltlinie verbunden sind, um welche die von den Schnittlinien abgegrenzten Bodenabschnitte nach oben zur Anlage an die Wand des Behälters umfaltbar sind.
  • Dadurch wird jeder Behälter am unteren Ende einerseits von dem Bodenabschnitt und andererseits von den den Einschnitt umfassenden Materialabschnitten festgehalten. Zusammen mit dem Einschnitt zwischen Deckwand und Seitenwand - in welchen der Flanschrand des Behälters eingreift - ergibt dies einen hervorragenden Halt für jeden einzelnen Behälter.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt zum Herstellen einer Verpackung und
    • Fig. 2 die fertig aufgerichtete und mit becherförmigen Behältern bestückte Verpackung.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine Deckwand 2, zwei Seitenwände 3 und 4 sowie einen Boden 5 aufweist,. die untereinander über Faltlinien 6,7 und 8 verbunden sind. Über eine weitere Faltlinie 9 ist an der Seitenwand 4 ein Randstreifen 10 angelenkt, der beim Aufrichten des Zuschnittes zu einer Verpackung mit der Deckwand 2 verklebt wird.
  • In den beiden Faltlinien 6 und 9 sind jeweils zwei Einschnitte 11,12 bzw. 13,14 vorgesehen, die sich in die jeweils angrenzende Seitenwand hinein erstrecken und in welche Behälter mit ihren Randflanschen eingreifen.
  • Die beiden Faltlinien 7 und 8 sind ebenfalls durch Einschnitte 15,16 bzw. 17,18 unterbrochen, die sich auch in die beiden Seitenwände 3,4 hinein erstrecken und an die jeweils eine senkrecht in die Seitenwand hinein gerichtete kurze Schnittlinie 19 anschließt.
  • Im Boden 5 sind an vier Stellen jeweils zwei bogenförmig verlaufende Schnittlinien 20,21, die an ihren Enden durch jeweils eine Faltlinie 22,23 miteinander verbunden sind. Die beiden Faltlinien 22,23 fluchten miteinander und sind parallel zu den Boden-Faltlinien 7,8 angeordnet. Die von den Schnittlinien 20,21 abgegrenzten Bodenabschnitte 24 können um die Faltlinien 22,23 nach oben umgebogen werden, so daß die Behälter mit ihrem unteren Endbereich zwischen die Bodenabschnitte und die Einschnitte 15,16,17,18 bzw. 19 eingesetzt werden können.
  • In Fig. 2 ist eine fertige Verpackung gezeigt, in die becherförmige Behälter 25 eingesetzt sind. Diese Behälter 25 haben einen sich nach unten konisch erweiternden Fuß, der von dem Bodenabschnitt 24 umfaßt wird. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite greift der Fuß in die Einschnitte zwischen Boden und Seitenwand ein, so daß er einen sehr guten Halt erfährt. Darüber hinaus greift der obere Flanschrand 26 des Behälters 25 in den Einschnitt zwischen Seitenwand und Deckwand ein und hält somit den Behälter sehr stabil in der Verpackung fest.

Claims (1)

  1. Verpackung aus Karton od.dgl. für in zwei Reihen angeordnete becherförmige Behälter, mit einem Boden, zwei Seitenwänden sowie einer Deckwand, wobei im Bereich der zwischen den einzelnen Wänden liegenden Faltlinien Einschnitte vorgesehen sind, in welche die Behälter eingreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Boden (5) im Bereich eines jeden zu verpackenden Behälters (25) zwei bogenförmig verlaufende Schnittlinien (20,21) vorgesehen sind, deren Enden durch jeweils eine parallel zu den Boden-Faltlinien (7,8) verlaufende Faltlinie (22,23) verbunden sind, um welche die von den Schnittlinien (20,21) abgegrenzten Bodenabschnitte (24) nach oben zur Anlage an die Wand des Behälters (25) umfaltbar sind.
