Claims (8)
- Chaise, en particulier chaise de bureau, laquelle comporte un dispositif de support (2;5-11) pour un siège (3) et un dossier (4), qui est fixé de manière immobile sur une colonne (1) pourvue d'un pied, ledit dossier étant relié au siège (3), qui est disposé directement et de manière immobile sur le dispositif de support (2), via une articulation (13) disposée dans l'espace entre le siège (3) et le dossier (4) et qui est en outre soutenu, à partir du dispositif de support (2) par des éléments intermédiaires (24;14), dont le dernier est une poutre en porte-à-faux (14) disposée de manière immobile à l'extrémité inférieure du dossier (4), de telle manière que ledit dossier peut être pivoté vers l'arrière en allant contre la force d'une unité de ressort à torsion (13) et qu'il peut être bloqué en différentes positions, un amortisseur de mouvement (24) étant disposé entre le dispositif de support (2) et l'élément (14) se déplaçant lors du pivotement du dossier par rapport au dispositif de support (2), caractérisé en ce que l'unité de ressort à torsion (13) est disposée comme articulation et que l'amortisseur de mouvement (24) est utilisé comme seul autre élément intermédiaire en plus de la poutre en porte-à-faux et attaché en s'articulant (23;22), à une certaine distance de l'unité de ressort à torsion (13), au dispositif de support (2) ainsi qu'à la poutre en porte-à-faux (14) et en ce qu'il consiste en un amortisseur de mouvement (24) hydraulique avec verrouillage.
- Chaise selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de ressort par torsion (13) relie directement l'unité de support (2) à la poutre en porte-à-faux (14).
- Chaise selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la tige du piston (26,27) de l'amortisseur hydraulique (24) est attachée en s'articulant au dispositif de support (2), de préférence à une patte d'appui (25) en deux éléments, et en ce qu'elle présente une broche (42) qui fait saillie hors de la tige du piston (26,27) et qui permet, lorsqu'on l'abaisse, de débloquer l'amortisseur de mouvement (24) et en ce qu'on a disposé sous le siège (3) un dispositif (36-41) comportant un levier à main (37) disposé près du bord du siège (3) pour abaisser la broche (42).
- Chaise selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif mentionné (36-41) est constitué par un arbre (36) pourvu d'un levier à main (37) sur lequel est placée une came (38) pour abaisser la broche (42) et qui est de préférence également logé dans la patte d'appui (25) à deux éléments.
- Chaise selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un ressort à lames (41) est disposé entre la came (38) et la broche (42) et en ce que la came (38) présente une surface d'appui (39) pour le ressort à lames (41) de telle manière que le ressort à lames (41) maintienne le levier à main (37) dans la position de départ par pression sur cette surface d'appui (39) grâce à laquelle la broche (42) est dans sa position extrême libre verrouillant l'amortisseur de mouvement (24).
- Chaise selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la came (38) présente une autre surface d'appui (40) courbée pour le ressort à lames (41) laquelle permet à la came (38) de tendre plus le ressort à lames (41) et d'abaisser la broche (42), via le ressort à lame (41), dans sa position abaissée, débloquant l'amortisseur de mouvement (24).
- Chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 pouvant être réglée en hauteur au moyen d'un amortisseur pneumatique (12) disposé dans sa colonne (1), comportant en son extrémité supérieure une broche (50) en saillie qui, lorsqu'on l'abaisse, débloque le ressort pneumatique (12) et qui présente, sous le siège (3), un dispositif (43-49) pour abaisser la broche (50) au moyen d'un levier à main (43) disposé à côté du bord du siège (3), caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (43-49) mentionné présente un arbre (44) pourvu d'un levier à main (43) et comportant deux cames (49) formant un angle plan qui permettent de déplacer un levier à deux bras (47-49) grâce auquel la broche (50) de l'amortisseur pneumatique (12) peut être abaissée.
- Chaise selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le levier (47-49) à deux bras est constitué par une tige (47) pliée qui est fixée avec un côté de l'angle (48), de préférence dans un coude du dispositif de support (2), et dont l'autre côté de l'angle (49) forme un bras de levier, ainsi que par une tôle (49) qui forme l'autre bras de levier (49), qui est fixée à la première branche de l'angle (48) et qui recouvre la broche (50) du ressort pneumatique (12).
