Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour le broyage et le refroidissement simultanés de substances solides au moyen d'un mélangeur à couteaux, dans lequel, dans au moins une phase initiale de mise sous vide, le mélangeur à couteaux est mis sous vide, et dans au moins une phase de refroidissement un gaz liquéfié fortement refroidi est introduit dans le mélangeur à couteaux, caractérisé en ce que, pendant la phase de refroidissement, le gaz perdu créé est extrait par l'intermédiaire d'une valve d'arrêt 12 qui est maintenue fermée pendant la phase de mise sous vide et est ouverte au commencement de la phase de refroidissement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture et la fermeture de la valve d'arrêt (12) s'effectue par l'intermédiaire d'un piston d'arrêt (24) commandé pneumatiquement.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme gaz liquéfié fortement refroidi de l'azote liquide.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme substance 6 des parties tissulaires d'origine animale et/ou végétale.
