Claims (16)
- Verpackungseinlage, die dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen einer Verpackung und einem zu verpackenden Erzeugnis eingefügt zu werden, hergestellt durch Abschneiden von einem gestreckten Streifen (8) eines Materials in Form einer dicken Folie mit gegebenen Dämpfungseigenschaften, die anschließend in solcher Weise geformt wird, daß sie das zu verpackende Erzeugnis (2) wenigstens teilweise in einer Schnittebene umgibt und dabei erste, von dem Erzeugnis entfernt gelegene Teile bildet, die mit der Innenseite der Verpackung in Berührung kommen, und zweite Teile (9-11) bildet, durch welche die ersten Teile (4-7) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der ersten Teile in Form eines Kastens (12, 31-33) gestaltet ist, der aus einem Boden, zwei Seitenflächen in Längsrichtung des Streifens und zwei Seitenflächen in Richtung der Breite des Streifens zusammengesetzt ist, wobei dieser Kasten wenigstens auch einen Teil der zwei Seitenflächen in Richtung der Breite des Streifens, der die Einlage bildet, durch zwei hohle Gestaltungen (13, 14) vervollständigt ist, die an den Kasten angrenzen und an den Seitenrändern des Streifens enden sowie dazu bestimmt sind, an den Seitenwandungen der Verpackung in Anlage zu kommen, wobei letztere an die Wandungen der Verpackung anschließen, gegen welche die ersten Teile abgestützt sind.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede seitliche, einen Kasten vervollständigende Gestaltung durch einen Boden gebildet ist, der mit wenigstens zwei Seitenflächen (15, 16) an den übrigen Teil der Einlage angeschlossen und auf der äußeren Seitenfläche der Einlage durch einen Rand (17, 18) geschlossen ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, an einer seitlichen Innenfläche der Verpackung in Anlage zu kommen.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in Form einer Folie aus elastischem Kunststoffmaterial wie Polyurethan gebildet ist.
- Einlage nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlage nach Bedarf durch Abziehen von einem Spender gebildet wird, der in der Verpackungsstation angeordnet ist.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie durch Tiefziehen mittels einer Gegenform gebildet ist.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der ersten Teile von einem der zweiten Teile, die ihm als Anschlußabschnitt dienen, durch ein Scharnier (54) getrennt ist, welches dazu bestimmt ist, eine bessere Anpassung der Einlage an das Erzeugnis zu ermöglichen.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier durch Tiefziehen der Einlage hergestellt ist.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kästen, die an den scharfen Kanten des Erzeugnisses angeordnet sind, in Längsrichtung des Streifens der Einlage doppelt ausgebildet sind und zwei Kästen (23, 24) die scharfe Kante einrahmen, wobei ein Anschlußboden (25) zwischen den zwei den ersten Teil der Einlage bildenden Kästen angeordnet ist, so daß die scharfe Kante des Erzeugnisses eingerahmt wird.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlage in Form einer Aufeinanderfolge von Einlagen (31, 33) hergestellt ist, welche durch flache Abschnitte getrennt sind, und daß Scharniere bei Bedarf in der Verpakkungsstation in der Senkrechten der scharfen Kanten des zu verpackenden Erzeugnisses verwirklicht sind.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Kasten, auf den ein flacher Abschnitt folgt, ein konstantes Teilungsmaß (p) aufweist, das in solcher Weise gewählt ist, daß es an einen ganzen Bereich von Standardabmessungen von Erzeugnissen angepaßt ist.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abschnitt der Kästen trapezförmig ausgebildet ist, in solcher Weise, daß ein Aufeinanderstapeln mehrerer Streifen von Einlagen möglich ist.
- Verpackung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einlage nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Verpackung wenigstens eines Erzeugnisses in einem Behälter als Verpackung und in einer Verpackungsstation, bei welchem:- von einem Vorrat eine gewünschte Länge der Einlage (51) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche abgezogen und abgeschnitten wird,- anschließend Scharniere (54) gebildet werden, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Einlage in vollkommener Weise angepaßt um das zu verpackende Erzeugnis zu legen,- anschließend die Einlage relativ zu dem Erzeugnis und zu der Verpackung angeordnet wird,- dann die aus Einlage (51) und dem Erzeugnis bestehende Einheit durch eine Verpackungsöffnung geschoben wird,- die Verpackung geschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je nach Bedarf in der Einlage Kästen (53) zu gleicher Zeit gebildet werden, wie die Scharniere durch Tiefziehen gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je nach Bedarf Kästen oder erste Zonen, die dazu bestimmt sind, das Erzeugnis von seiner Verpackung im Abstand zu halten, beim Einbringen der Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 in den Spender oder in einen Vorrat gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Kästen zwischen zweiten Anschlußzonen periodisch mit einem Teilungsmaß (p) in Längsrichtung des Einlagen-Streifens angeordnet werden.
