Claims (2)

  1. Elément chauffant radiant (10) pour appareils de cuisson, comprenant une plaque de cuisson (15), constituée en particulier par une plaque de vitrocéramique, et au moins deux radiateurs (12) en forme de barreau, s'étendant parallèlement l'un par rapport à l'autre et formés par des lampes à halogène par exemple, qui sont placés entre la plaque de cuisson et des réflecteurs coordonnés, élément dans lequel chaque réflecteur comporte deux surfaces paraboliques partielles qui se rejoignent, avec formation d'une arête d'inflexion relevée dans la région du radiateur, et présentent des bords extérieurs relevés, et dans lequel les parties mentionnées sont disposées les unes par rapport aux autres de manière que la zone de la plaque de cuisson située au-dessus de chaque radiateur (12) reçoive principalement du rayonnement direct et les zones extérieures reçoivent principalement du rayonnement réfléchi, caractérisé en ce que les radiateurs (12) sont situés dans une cuvette réflectrice (17, 18) fermée de tous côtés et que les arêtes d'inflexion (17a, 18a) coordonnées aux radiateurs (12), situées dans un plan parallèle à la plaque de cuisinière ou analogue (15), sont courbées vers l'extérieur de manière que la projection d'une arête d'inflexion (17a, 18a) et du radiateur (12) correspondant sur la plaque de cuisinière (15) donne deux intersections (19, 20) dans les régions terminales du radiateur (12).
  2. Elément chauffant radiant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une cuvette réflectrice (17, 18) de forme circulaire et contenant deux radiateurs (12), le point d'espacement minimal (21) des arêtes d'inflexion (17a, 18a), en forme d'arc de cercle, étant situé au milieu entre les deux radiateurs (12) et chaque arête d'inflexion (17a, 18a), après le croisement du radiateur (12), en passant sous lui dans ses régions terminales, aboutit par ses extrémités dans la paroi de la cuvette réflectrice (17, 18).
