Abstract

Es soll ein möglichst einfach herstellbarer Wellentypwandler angegeben werden, der ohne Abgleichvorrichtungen auskommt.
Diese Aufgabe erfüllt eine Anordnung, bestehend aus einem Rundhohlleiter (RH), in dessen Wand eine Koppelöffnung (K1, K2) mit einer Blende (B1, B2) angeordnet ist, und einem im Rundhohlleiter eingesetzten Trennblech (TB1, TB2), das im Bereich der Koppelöffnung (K1, K2) beginnt und sich im Rundhohlleiter (RH) in den Bereich hinein erstreckt, wo die Ausbreitung einer über die Koppelöffnung ein- oder auszukoppelnden Welle verhindert werden soll. Das Trennblech (TB1. TB2) beginnt an seinem im Bereich der Koppelöffnung (K1, K2) liegenden Ende mit einer schmalen Breite und weitet sich zum anderen Ende hin auf eine an die Innenabmessungen des Rundhohlleiters angepaßte Breite auf. In das Trennblech (TB1, TB2) sind mehrere Schlitze (S1, S2) eingelassen, die so angeordnet und dimensioniert sind, daß durch das Trennblech (TB1, TB2) hervorgerufene Störresonanzen unterdrückt werden.
Aus zwei solchen Wellentypwandlern läßt sich eine wenig aufwendige Polarisationsweiche erstellen.
