  • connection with the device 30 takes place with the sole 52 removed; the wires 21, 22, 23, 24 of the branch cable 20, FIG. 1, are introduced into the lower branches of the contact parts 6, 7, 8, 9, then the sole is screwed onto the support; when fixing the sole, the wires 21 to 24 are inserted into the slots of the lower branches of the contact parts.
  • the cut-off device 10 is then pushed in, and takes the low position; the wires 2 and 3 are cut and the device 30 is placed in series with the wires 2 and 3 of the cable 1.
  • the prominence of the cut-off device 10 visually indicates whether the bypass is operational (10 pressed and locked in the low position) or not (10 prominent and locked in the high position).
