Claims (5)

  1. Système de transport de bobines de banc comprenant une ligne d'alimentation (3) pour transporter une pluralité de premières bobines de banc (B₀), sur laquelle une mèche a été renvidée à partir d'un banc à broches (R) jusqu'à un banc en surfin (S), une ligne de retour (2) pour transporter une pluralité de secondes bobines de banc (B₁) à partir desquelles ladite mèche a été dévidée depuis ledit banc en surfin fin jusqu'audit banc à broches, un dispositif (50) d'enlèvement de mèche résiduelle qui est du type à buse d'aspiration, disposé dans ladite ligne de retour (2) ou dans une ligne de stockage connectée à ladite ligne de retour, pour enlever un résidu de mèche attaché auxdites secondes bobines de banc, caractérisé par un dispositif de secours (100) disposé en aval dudit dispositif (50) d'enlèvement de mèche résiduelle dans ladite ligne de retour (2) ou ladite ligne de stockage (2a, 4b), ledit dispositif de secours comprenant un capteur (102) de mèche résiduelle pour détecter ladite mèche résiduelle sur ladite bobine de banc qui est passée à travers ledit dispositif (50) d'enlèvement de mèche résiduelle, et un dispositif (120) de remplacement de bobine pour remplacer lesdites bobines de banc (B₁) à mèche résiduelle par une bobine vierge (B₂) quand ladite mèche résiduelle a été détectée par ledit capteur de mèche résiduelle (102).
  2. Système de transport de bobines de banc selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite ligne de retour est formée par une ligne de dérivation (2a) contournant une partie de ladite ligne d'alimentation (3a).
  3. Système de transport de bobines de banc selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite ligne de retour est sous forme d'une ligne commune (5) destinée à être utilisée en commun avec ladite ligne d'alimentation.
  4. Système de transport de bobines de banc selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par un dispositif de support (110, 103) pour supporter en rotation lesdites secondes bobines de banc (B₁) suspendues par des porte-bobines (BH), un dispositif de coupe (160) pour couper ladite mèche résiduelle dans une direction axiale desdites secondes bobines de banc (B₁) et un cylindre rotatif (142) floqué pour dégager ladite mèche résiduelle coupée par ledit dispositif de coupe.
  5. Système de transport de bobines de banc selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par un dispositif (150) de stockage de bobines vierges associé avec ledit dispositif (120) de remplacement de bobines pour stocker un nombre minimum de bobines vierges (B₂), le dispositif de coupe (160) et le cylindre (142) floqué étant disposés dans ledit dispositif de stockage de bobines vierges pour retirer la mèche de la bobine de banc (B₁) qui a été abaissée par le dispositif (120) de remplacement de bobine.
