Claims (10)
- Unfälschbares Siegel, insbesondere für Behälter aller Art, gebildet durch einen Körper (1) aus durchsichtigem Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Körper einerseits eine Metallplatte (2), die die Kurzzeichen und Identifikationsnummer des Inhalts trägt, und andererseits das feste Ende (5) eines Stahlkabels (4) eingesetzt sind, dessen anderes Ende (6) dazu bestimmt ist, in eine rohrförmige Öffnung (7) eingesteckt zu werden, die in dem Körper (1) ausgebildet und mit Mitteln zur Befestigung dieses Endes (6) versehen ist, die das Zurückziehen des Kabels (4) aus der rohrförmigen Öffnung (7) ohne irreversible Zerstörung dieser Befestigungsmittel verhindern.
- Siegel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende (6) des Kabels (4) durch eine metallische Masse (19) verlängert ist, die in geringem Abstand zu ihrem Ende eine kegelstumpfförmige Einschnürung (20) aufweist, die in einer kreisförmigen Rille (21) endet, und daß die Befestigungsmittel für das freie Ende (6) aus Stahlnadeln bestehen, die in geringem Abstand zum Grund der rohrförmigen Öffnung (7) angeordnet und teilweise in die Masse des Körpers (1) eingebettet sind und schräg in den Hohlraum auslaufen, der durch eine in der rohrförmigen Öffnung (7) ausgebildete Aufweitung (8) geschaffen wird, wobei die Nadeln (9) dazu bestimmt sind, an der metallischen Masse (19) in der Nähe der Rille (21) zur Anlage zu kommen, die einen Anschlag für die Nadeln (9) bildet.
- Siegel nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rohrförmige Öffnung (7) in Querrichtung in geringem Abstand zu ihrer Auslaßöffnung (10) durch eine Aufnahme (11) fortgesetzt wird, die einen Schieber (12) und eine Feder (13) aufnimmt, die zwischen dem Schieber (12) und dem Grund der Aufnahme (11) angeordnet ist, wobei eine Stange (14) vor der Öffnung der genannten Aufnahme (11) angeordnet ist, um den Schieber (12) in der Aufnahme (11) zu halten, wobei sie mit ihrem unteren Ende in einer am Eingang der Aufnahme (11) ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (15) aufgenommen ist und durch eine in der Nähe ihres oberen Endes angeordnete U-förmige Zunge (16) in Position gehalten wird und an diesem oberen Ende durch eine Blattfeder (17) verlängert wird, die schräg angeordnet und auf den Grund der rohrförmigen Öffnung (7) gerichtet ist, wobei außerdem eine Ausnehmung (18) gegenüberliegend zu der Aufnahme (11) in der rohrförmigen Öffnung (7) ausgebildet ist, so daß sie das Ende des Schiebers (12) aufnehmen kann, wenn, infolge eines Einbruchs, das Kabel (4) aus der Öffnung (7) herausgerissen wird und bei seiner Bewegung die Blattfeder (17) und somit die Stange (14) mitnimmt, deren Zurückziehen die Bewegung des Schiebers (12) unter der Kraft der Feder (13) veranlaßt, der in die rohrförmige Öffnung (7) eintritt und sich mit seinem Ende in die Ausnehmung (18) legt, wodurch das Wiedereinführen des Kabels (4) in die rohrförmige Öffnung (7) verhindert wird.
- Siegel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende (6) des Kabels (4) durch ein Ansatzstück (26) aus Kunststoff verlängert ist, das in zwei Flügeln (27, 27′) endet, die ihm eine Harpunenform verleihen und als Befestigungsmittel dienen, welche Flügel (27, 27′) dazu bestimmt sind, sich in eine konische Aufweitung (8) zu legen, die am Ende der rohrförmigen Öffnung (7) ausgebildet ist und aus der sie nicht ohne zerbrochen zu werden herausgezogen werden können.
- Siegel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ansatzstück (26) durch zwei von dem Kabel (4) durchsetzte Metallzylinder verlängert ist, wobei der untere Zylinder (32) mit dem Ansatzstück (26) in Berührung steht und von dem oberen Zylinder (33) durch einen Zwischenraum (34) getrennt ist, in dessen Höhe sich, wenn das Siegel verschlossen ist, zwei gegenüberliegend in der rohrförmigen Öffnung (7) ausgebildete Aufweitungen (35, 35′) befinden, die zwei Haken (36, 36′) einschließen, die dazu bestimmt sind, durch den unteren Zylinder (32) beim Aufreißen des Siegels zerbrochen zu werden, wobei der obere Zylinder (33) die Funktion hat, den Zugang zu den Haken (36, 36′) von außen, zu dem Zweck, sie mit Hilfe eines Werkzeugs zu entfernen, zu verhindern.
- Siegel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ansatzstück (26) und die Haken (36′) eine grelle Farbe haben, die mit den Zylindern (32, 33) kontrastiert, so daß jede Beschädigung des Siegels sofort sichtbar wird.
- Siegel nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß das feste Ende (5) des Kabels (4) in eine metallische Masse (24) eingesteckt ist, die in den Körper (1) des Siegels eingebettet ist.
- Siegel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an die metallische Masse (24) zwei Aufnahmen (42, 42′) anchließen, die beiderseits des Endes (5) des Kabels (4) ausgebildet sind und zwei Haken (41, 41′) einschließen, die dazu dienen, im Fall des Herausreißens der Masse (24) durch Zug an dem Kabel (4) zerbrochen zu werden.
- Siegel nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß die Metallplatte (12) in die Masse des Körpers (1) eingebettet ist, wobei ein in dem Körper (1) ausgebildetes Fenster (3) die Anbringung einer Zollkontrollnummer gestattet.
- Siegel nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß die Metallplatte (2) nur teilweise in den Körper (1) eingesetzt ist, an dem sie mit Hilfe von zwei Ansätzen (43, 43′) aus Kunststoff befestigt ist, die an dem Körper (1) gehalten sind und zwei in der Platte (2) ausgebildete Durchbrüche durchsetzen.
