Claims (9)

1. Vorrichtung zum Plombieren vor allem von Waggon-, LKW-, Container- und ähnlichen Türen, mit einem Stift (1) und einer Hülse (2), wobei das eine Ende des länglichen Stiftes als Anschlag und das andere als Kopf. (5) mit einer Verriegelungsnut (15) ausgebildet ist, Stift (1), der mit einer Hülse (2) einfach rastend verbunden werden kann, die aus einem einseitig offenen Zylinder (10) besteht, der ein Verriegelungsteil (11) umschliesst, das nach Einführung des Kopfes (5) in dessen Verriegelungsnut einrastet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittelteil des Stiftes (1) nur aus einer Schraubenfeder (3) aus gehärtetem Stahl hoher mechanischer Festigkeit ohne Windungsabstand besteht, deren eines Ende mit einem als Anschlag dienenden Teil (4) verbunden ist, dessen Durchmesser grösser ist als der Nenndurchmesser der Feder (3), und deren anderes Ende am Kopf (5) befestigt ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (3) auf der Seite des den Anschlag bildenden Teiles (4) einen aufgeweiteten Teil aufweist, in dem der eigentliche Anschlag (6) gelagert ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder (10) der Hülse (2) mit einem Plastiküberzug (12) versehen ist, der erhabene Beschriftungen und/oder Markierungen trägt.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (5) an einem Ende mit einem Gewinde (8) und am anderen Ende mit einer Verriegelungsnut (15) versehen ist, und dass das Gewinde (8) in das nicht aufgeweitete Teil der Feder (3) eingeschraubt ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (1) einen zylinderförmigen, mit einem Aussengewinde versehenen Anschlag (6) aufweist, der in das aufgeweitete Ende (4) der Feder (3) eingeschraubt ist.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkstoff des Anschlages (6) aus der Gruppe Stahl und Plastik stammt.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (2) länger ist als der Kopf (5), so dass das vordere Ende (10a) des Zylinders (10) einige Windungen der Feder (3) überdeckt.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Widerstand gegen vorzeitiges Lösen der Verriegelung durch Verriegelungsteil (11)/Kopf (5) grösser als die Festigkeit der Feder (3) ist, so dass sich der Kopf (5) aus der Feder (3) löst und in der Hülse (2) verbleibt, bevor die Feder (3) bricht.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (6) des Stiftes (1) und der Überzug der Hülse (2) die gleiche Farbe haben.
