Definitions
- the invention relates to a conveyor device on a spinning machine with an endless conveyor according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the sleeve pins are attached directly to the endless conveyor designed as a horizontal conveyor belt.
- the endless conveyor is generally designed as a steel belt which warps as little as possible, so that the predetermined distances between the sleeve journals, which must exactly match the distances between the spinning positions, remain unchanged even when the machine is operated for a long time.
- the sleeve journals are arranged half the distance from the spinning positions, in order to be able to accommodate an empty tube and a full tube (cop) of the assigned spinning position at the same time when doffing, it is also possible to use the as Belt-formed endless conveyor only to provide sleeve pins at a distance from the spinning stations, an additional pin then having to be provided at each spinning station in order to temporarily accommodate one of the sleeves to be replaced when changing the sleeves (US Pat. No. 3,905,184).
- the peg trays used in the winding machine connected to the ring spinning machine can also be used as empty tube feed means or full tube discharge means, in that these peg trays, which generally consist of a circular disc and a central pin arranged vertically thereon, to be displaced in a guide rail running around the ring spinning machine, the diameter, in particular the length of a pin slide, being slightly smaller than the distance between two adjacent spinning positions.
- the individual pin slides are in contact with one another and are pushed forward by exerting force on one or more pin slides, the thrust force being at least partially transmitted by the direct contact of the pin slides.
- a conveyor device for such trunnion slides is also known from DE-OS 35 44 560.
- a disadvantage of the ring spinning machine according to JP-OS 57-161 134 is that the sleeve journals are not exactly in alignment with the spinning positions if a group of journal carriages with empty sleeves on one machine side has been moved in front of the assigned spinning stations. Therefore, before the sleeve change can be made, a rake must be pushed at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the spinning machine between the pin slides in the known ring spinning machine, so that the distances between the adjacent sleeve pins are coordinated exactly with the distances between adjacent spinning positions.
- a back and forth rail or the like extending along the spinning positions is used, which interacts with pin slides which can be displaced in a guide rail in such a way that these are gradually moved up to the assigned spinning position .
- the trunnion slides are precisely aligned with the assigned spinning station, they must either have a length exactly equal to the distance between the spinning stations, or there are pawl-like locking elements on the reciprocating rail, which are located exactly at the distance from the spinning stations, so that the locking elements ensure an exact alignment of the trunnion slides with the assigned spinning station even when the holding sledges are not in contact with one another.
- the pawls have to be assembled at exactly the right place on the rail with a high manufacturing effort.
- the aim of the invention is to provide a conveyor device of the type mentioned, in which a section-wise adjustment of drivers or trunnions is still possible in a simple manner after the installation of the endless conveyor, without requiring a high level of structural complexity.
- the individual sections can still be adjusted or shifted to a limited extent relative to the other sections in the conveying direction, either by changing the length of the locks at one or both ends or by using locks with something else Length to be replaced.
- damaged sections of the endless conveyor can be exchanged for flawless sections while keeping the remaining sections in an advantageous manner.
- the invention facilitates the assembly of the endless conveyor in the spinning mill or the partial assembly in the manufacturing plant.
- a particularly advantageous structural implementation of the inventive concept is characterized by claim 4.
- a particularly preferred assembly method is characterized by claim 9.
- an endless conveyor 17 in the form of a vertically arranged steel belt is placed around a ring spinning machine 27 with spinning stations 11 arranged at the same distance on both machine sides, by being guided around deflection rollers 39, 40, 41, 42 at the four corners of the machine.
- the endless conveyor 17 is in the sleeve change position.
- drivers 19 are arranged opposite each spinning station, which engage by means of a driver finger 19 'behind the trunnion 13 of trunnion slides 18 which are slidably and preferably also guided on a mounting rail 22.
- Journal carriages 18 equipped with empty sleeves are fed from a buffer section 29 to the mounting rail 22, whereby a suitable and not shown holding mechanism ensures that when a driver 19 approaches the deflection roller 40, a journal carriage 18 is pushed straight onto the mounting rail 22.
- the deflecting roller 39 In the area of the deflecting roller 39 is the end of the V-shaped support rail 22 which is guided around the machine, where the pin slides 18 are separated from the driver fingers 19 'and the drivers 19 by means of a deflector 36 and are fed to a buffer zone 28 which are connected to a winding machine can be. While 29 are supplied with trunnion slides equipped with empty sleeves, the trunnion 28 is fed with trunnion slides 18 filled with full sleeves (cops).
- empty sleeves are removed from the pin slides 18 by a sleeve changing device, not shown, and placed on intermediate pins, not shown.
- the full sleeves (cops) are then removed from the spinning stations 11 and placed on the sleeve journals 13 of the journal carriages 18.
- the intermediate empty sleeves are then placed on the spindles of the spinning stations 11, whereupon the spinning process can be continued.
- the full sleeves are now successively fed to the buffer section 28 by advancing the endless conveyor 17, from which they are then passed on to the winding machine, which is not shown in the drawing.
- the trunnion slide equipped with empty sleeves is fed back to the mounting rail 22 and the drivers 19 via the buffer section 29 from the winding machine (not shown), so that after the presence of full bobbins at the spinning stations 11, the trunnion slides 18 again assume the position shown in FIG.
- the endless conveyor 17, where it is equipped with drivers 19, is divided into sections 17 'of equal length, which have hook-shaped bends 90 at their ends, via which they are connected by locks 89 (FIGS. 3 to 5).
- the sections 17 ⁇ which are not equipped with drivers and which are guided around the deflection rollers 39, 40 or 41, 42 at the ends of the machine are separated from the other sections and are likewise connected to these by hook-shaped bends 90 via locks 89.
- the locks are substantially in the form of a flat plate which extends parallel to the conveyor belt sections 17 ', 17'.
- the locks 89 have bends at the top and bottom, between which complementary counter pins 91 are arranged at a defined distance in the conveying direction from the hook-shaped bends 90, behind which the hook-shaped bends 90 engage according to FIG. 4.
- Both the hook-shaped bends 90 and the lock 89 are located on the side of the conveyor belt 17 facing away from the deflecting rollers 39, 40, 41, 42, so that there are no jumps on the belt surface on the side facing the deflecting rollers, which, however, are on the outside of the belt Endless conveyor 17 do not disturb.
- the outwardly projecting drivers 19 are attached there.
- the locks could also be provided on the side of the conveyor belt 17 facing the deflection rollers, but the locks should not extend over the full width of the conveyor belt 17 and circumferential grooves complementary to the locks would have to be provided in the peripheral surfaces of the deflection rollers.
- trunnions 13 can also be connected directly to the drivers 19, an embodiment is shown in FIG. 1, in which the sleeve journals 13 are fastened to trunnion carriages 18 which are only in driving and / or guiding engagement with the drivers 19, but can also be carried entirely by them.
- Such an embodiment is shown enlarged in section in FIG. 2.
- the vertical steel conveyor belt 17 has an inward to the deflecting roller 39 protruding spring 73 which engages in a circumferential groove 74 of the deflection roller 39.
- the remaining deflection rollers 40, 41, 42 have corresponding circumferential grooves 74. This measure ensures that the vertical alignment between the steel belt 17 and the deflection rollers is correct.
- the vertically standing conveyor belt 17 has an outwardly pointing spring 75 which, displaceable in the conveying direction, engages in a corresponding groove 76 in the driver 19.
- the driver 19 can be fixed in different longitudinal positions relative to the conveyor belt 17. In this way, a longitudinal adjustment of the driver 19 relative to the endless conveyor 17 is possible.
- the driver 19 In its lower area, the driver 19 has a T-shaped guide recess 78, by means of which it slidably rests on a profile 79 with a T cross section that is complementary thereto.
- the T-profile is firmly connected to the mounting rail 22 and the lateral guide 56, i.e. machine-proof. Due to this guidance of the drivers 19, these and the conveyor belt 17 are also supported and guided correctly in the vertical direction between the deflecting rollers 39, 40, 41, 42.
- the circular cylindrical sliding body 44 of the pin carriage 18 is slidably mounted on the mounting rail 22 and is advanced by the driver finger 19 'of the driver 19 when the endless conveyor 17 is put into circulation.
- the lateral guides 56 are bent at their upper end to a guide edge 80, so that the sliding bodies 44 are secured against lifting from above and only move in the desired conveying direction can be.
- the two deflection rollers 41, 42 can be adjusted in the direction of arrow S in FIG. 1 in order to tension the endless conveyor 17 in the desired manner.
- the endless conveyor 17 is brought into the sleeve change position shown in FIG. 1, and it is checked at which locations the sleeve pins 13 are not yet perfectly aligned with the spindles of the assigned spinning stations 11. There the entire band section 17 'in question is then adjusted in or against the conveying direction f by replacing the locks 89 at both ends with longer or shorter ones. Since, according to the invention, a longer lock 89 is to be replaced by a shorter lock at one end and a shorter lock 89 at the other end by a longer one, the circumferential length of the endless conveyor 17 remains the same; only the relative position of the relevant section 17 'to the other sections is changed by the lock replacement in the desired manner.
- variable-length design of a lock 89 ' is shown schematically in Fig. 6, in the same reference numerals denote corresponding parts as in the preceding figures.
- the lock 89 ' is divided in two perpendicular to the conveying direction, with bends 128, 128' provided on the opposite end edges 126 of the two lock parts with threaded bores 127, 127 '.
- the threaded bores 127, 127 ' are provided with opposite threads, and a through screw 129 is screwed into the two bores with corresponding opposite threads.
- Fig. 6 the bends 128, 128 'are shown as extending inwards to the wall sections 17', 17 ⁇ .
- the bends 128, 128 ' can also extend outward in the opposite direction, where the screw 129 is more accessible.
- the locks 89 'between the sections 17 and 17', 17, are used. Then relative adjustments of adjacent sections can then be made by turning the screw 129 in one direction or the other, care should be taken that if the lock 89 'is shortened at one end of a section 17' or 17 ', it is at the other End is extended accordingly so that the total tension of the endless conveyor 17 remains unchanged and only the conveyor belt section 17 'to be adjusted is moved relative to the other sections in or against the conveying direction in the desired manner.
