Claims (20)

  1. Magazin zur Lagerung und zur Zufuhr von flachen aus einem Stapel zu entnehmenden Gegenständen:
    - mit einer ersten Bodenplatte (1), auf der die Gegenstände hochkant liegen, und mit einer hinteren seitlichen Fläche (11), die einen ersten Bereich des Ladens und des Vorschubs der Gegenstände bis zu einem Vereinzelerkopf (5) definieren,
    - mit Paletten (3), die eine im wesentlichen senkrechte Stützplatte (30) für die Gegenstände auf der ersten Platte aufweisen,
    - mit Antriebsmitteln, die entlang der ersten Platte angeordnet sind,
    - mit Mitteln zur Kopplung der Paletten an die Antriebsmittel,
    - mit Mitteln zum Festhalten und Führen der Paletten entlang der ersten Platte,
    - und mit Mitteln zum Entfernen der aufeinanderfolgenden Paletten, die vor dem Vereinzelerkopf erfaßt werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Paletten (3) auf der ersten Platte (1) lösbar angeordnet sind und außerdem einen flachen, im wesentlichen waagrechten Finger (31) aufweisen, der mit der Stützplatte (30) verbunden ist und sich im Abstand zu ihr entlang der Unterkante der Stützplatte erstreckt, sowie sich unter die erste Platte (10) beim Einbau jeder Palette auf der ersten Platte einfügt und die Mittel zum Festhalten und Führen entlang dieser ersten Platte bildet, wobei der Finger in seinem Endbereich mit den Koppelmitteln (37) ausgestattet ist, die mit den Antriebsmitteln (13) in Eingriff gelangen, wenn die Palette auf der ersten Platte angeordnet wird.
  2. Magazin nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es weiter eine zweite untere Platte (12) aufweist, die sich unter der ersten Platte (10) entlang ihres vorderen Längsrands im Magazin erstreckt und einen Abstand zu ihr im wesentlichen gleich der Dicke des Fingers (31) jeder Palette aufweist, wobei die obere und die untere Platte durch ihre einander gegenüberliegenden Flächen und den Finger jeder Palette, den sie zwischen sich aufnehmen, die Halte- und Führungsmittel der Paletten bilden.
  3. Magazin nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel aus einer Schraube (13) bestehen, die entlang und unterhalb der ersten Platte (10) montiert ist, und daß die Koppelmittel (37) des Fingers und der Schraube aus den Windungen (13A) der Schraube und aus Endhaken bestehen, die im Finger (31) jeder Palette ausgebildet sind und eine Breite und eine Neigung im wesentlichen gleich dem Gewindegang (p) und der Neigung (c) der Windungen (13A) der Schraube sind, zwischen die sie sich einfügen.
  4. Magazin nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem einen zweiten Bereich, genannt Lagerbereich (2) für die Paletten, aufweist, der auf dem seitlichen vorderen Rand des Endbereichs des Vereinzelers des ersten Bereichs ausgebildet ist und mit Mitteln (21) zur Entfernung der Paletten aus dem ersten Bereich (1) zum Lagerbereich (2) ausgestattet ist.
  5. Magazin nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Bereich (2) einen Träger (20) aufweist, der seitlich auf dem vorderen seitlichen Rand des Magazins die erste Platte (10) im Vereinzelerteil des ersten Bereichs verlängert und auf dem die Entfernungsmittel (21) sich bis in die Höhe seiner Oberfläche erstrecken, indem er sich im wesentlichen in der Verlängerung des vereinzelerteils des ersten Bereichs (1) befindet und die Entfernungsstrecke der Paletten definiert, wobei die Antriebsmittel (13) für die Paletten (3) ihrerseits das Ende der Vorschub-Bewegung der Paletten im wesentlichen an diesem Vereinzelerteil des ersten Bereichs (1) definieren.
  6. Magazin nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Paar von parallelen Führungen (22, 23) auf dem Träger (20) aufweist, die voneinander um im wesentlichen die Dicke des Fingers (31) der Paletten (20) entfernt sind und die zwischen sich die Mittel (21) zur Entfernung der Paletten aufnehmen, mit denen sie die Entfernungsstrecke der Paletten (3) definieren.
  7. Magazin nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der beiden Führungen (23) außerdem einen Vorschub-Endanschlag für die Paletten im ersten Bereich (1) darstellt.
  8. Magazin nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem einen ersten Detektor (26) zur Erfassung des Endes der Vorschubstrecke der Paletten aufweist, der die Entfernungsmittel (21) steuert.
  9. Magazin nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Paletten außerdem einen Ausschnitt (38) in der unteren Fläche des Fingers (31) aufweisen und die Entfernungsmittel (21) einen Endlosförderer mit vorspringendem Mitnehmer (21C) aufweisen, der sich in den Ausschnitt des Fingers der Palette einschiebt, wenn diese Palette sich am Ende der Vorschubstrecke in diesem ersten Bereich befindet.
  10. Magazin nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es weiter einen zweiten Detektor (27) aufweist, der im zweiten Bereich vor der Entfernungsstrecke der Paletten und in einer Entfernung vom ersten Bereich (1) mindestens gleich der Länge der Paletten gemäß diesem Entfernungsweg montiert ist und das Halten dieser Entfernungsmittel (21) steuert und mit ihnen das Ende der Entfernungsstrecke der Paletten in diesem zweiten Bereich definiert.
  11. Magazin nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es weiter auf dem Träger (20) einen Vorrat (25) von entfernten Paletten, der quer zum Entfernungsweg der Paletten auf dem zweiten Bereich (2) ausgebildet ist, und Mittel (24) zum Transport von entfernten Paletten in diesem Vorrat (25) aufweist, wobei diese Mittel von dem zweiten Detektor (27) bei jedem Erfassen einer Palette am Ende der Entfernungsstrecke gesteuert werden.
  12. Magazin nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auf dem Träger (20) in Höhe des Vorrats (25) von Paletten eine Führungsplatte (29) mit Winkelprofil aufweist, die über den Träger ragt, an dem sie befestigt ist, und die zwischen sich und dem Träger (20) den Finger (31) jeder Palette (3) aufnimmt, die in den Vorrat (25) befördert wird.
  13. Magazin nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportmittel (24) aus einem Zylinder bestehen.
  14. Magazin nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf jeder Palette die Stützplatte (30) eine Neigung (b) zur Senkrechten um etwa zehn Grad aufweist, für eine mindestens gleiche Neigung der Gegenstände, die mit dem unteren Rand nach vorne in diesem ersten Bereich aufsitzen.
  15. Magazin nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Palette (3) außerdem in ihrer Stützplatte (30) ein ersten Längsfenster (35) aufweist, das im wesentlichen waagrecht und zum hinteren Rand der im ersten Bereich montierten Palette offen ist, durch das sich am Ende der Vorschubstrecke der Palette die Abnehmerfläche eines Vereinzelerkopfs (5) einschiebt, der außerhalb dieser Palette am Ende des ersten Bereichs angeordnet ist.
  16. Magazin nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Palette (3) weiter ein zweites längliches Fenster (36) in ihrer Stützplatte (30) aufweist, das sich in der Nähe ihres vorderen Endes erstreckt, wenn die betroffene Palette als auf dem ersten oder dem zweiten Bereich (1, 2) angeordnet betrachtet wird, um das Ergreifen dieser Palette mit der Hand zu erleichtern.
  17. Magazin nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (10, 12) mit einer Neigung (a) zur Waagrechten von um etwa zehn Grad montiert sind, wobei ihr vorderer Längsrand höher als ihrem hinteren Längsrand ist.
  18. Magazin nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem einen Vorschubförderer (14) aufweist, der im Vereinzelerteil des ersten Bereichs angeordnet ist und bis in die Fläche der ersten Platte (10) ragt.
  19. Magazin nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorschubförderer (14) den Gegenständen eine Vorschubgeschwindigkeit verleiht, die deutlich höher liegt als die, die ihnen die Paletten (3) im ersten Bereich (1) aufgrund der Antriebsmittel (13) verleihen.
  20. Magazin nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem zwei zusätzliche Detektoren (16, 17) für die Vorschub-Geschwindigkeitsregelung der Gegenstände aufweist, die im wesentlichen im Endteil des ersten Bereichs (1) mit einer Neigung zur Senkrechten angebracht sind, wobei einer von ihnen die oberen Ränder der Gegenstände erfaßt und eine Motor-Getriebe-Einheit mit Kupplung-Bremse (44) steuert, die an die Antriebsmittel (13) für die Paletten gekoppelt ist, während der andere Detektor die unteren Ränder der Gegenstände erfaßt und einen Motor (47) steuert, der an den Vorschub-Förderer (14) gekoppelt ist.
