Abstract
Description
- La présente invention a pour objet un appareil de dosage et mouture de matière friable.
- Parmi les appareils destinés à la mouture de matériaux divers, on connaît, par exemple, le moulin à marteaux qui comprend un rotor formé d'un axe rotatif auquel sont reliés des bras radiaux qui battent le matériau à moudre contre un tamis cylindrique qui entoure au moins partiellement le rotor.
- On connaît également un moulin comprenant un rotor formé d'un axe rotatif présentant à chaque extrémité un flasque, des barreaux parallèles à l'axe étant fixés à la périphérie des flasques et le rotor tournant soit toujours dans le même sens soit alternativement dans un sens et dans l'autre à l'intérieur d'un tamis cylindrique.
- Ces appareils de mouture ou moulins connus sont généralement de construction sophistiquée. Pour obtenir une mouture ou granulation régulière à l'aide de ces appareils connus, il est nécessaire de réaliser un dosage régulier, de manière à assurer une charge constante et un niveau constant sur le moulin.
- Parmi les appareils de dosage que l'on peut utiliser pour alimenter ces moulins connus, on connaît par exemple le doseur à vis, notamment à vis d'archimède ou à vis spirale. Une telle vis doseuse peut être disposée dans un boîtier cylindrique ou tube ouvert à son extrémité aval, une trémie d'alimentation étant prévue à l'extrémité amont du tube.
- La présente invention a pour but de proposer un appareil de dosage et mouture de matière friable qui présente une simplicité de construction comparable à celle d'un appareil du type doseur à vis tout en ayant une efficacité comparable à celle d'un appareil du type moulin à marteau, par exemple.
- A cet effet, l'appareil selon la présente invention, destiné au dosage et à la mouture d'une matière friable, comprend une vis doseuse, un battoir formé de barreaux solidaires du pourtour hélicoïdal de l'extrémité aval de la vis, parallèles à l'axe de la vis et répartis selon les sommets d'un polygone régulier centré sur cet axe, un boîtier cylindrique enveloppant la vis, et un tamis cylindrique prolongeant le boîtier et enveloppant au moins partiellement le battoir.
- Un tel appareil réunit effectivement de manière surprenante des qualités que l'on ne pouvait jusqu'ici attendre que du branchement en série d'au moins deux appareils, dont l'un, le moulin, était généralement d'une construction sophistiquée.
- Le présent appareil, de construction simple et robuste, s'est révélé particulièrement efficace pour le dosage et la mouture régulières de matières friables diverses, telles qu'on en rencontre par exemple dans l'industrie alimentaire, notamment des grains de féculent ou de céréales, des fragments de masse déshydratée, ou des flocons de purée déshydratée sur cylindre.
- Dans cet appareil, la vis doseuse peut être réalisée sous diverses formes telles qu'une vis d'archimède, une vis à corps cylindrique massif présentant une saillie hélicoïdale sur son pourtour, ou une vis creuse à spirale hélicoïdale libre, autrement dit une vis spirale, par exemple.
- Au cas où la vis doseuse est réalisée sous forme d'une vis spirale, la spirale elle-même peut présenter des sections diverses, circulaires, carrées ou autres, selon la nature de la matière à doser.
- De même, les barreaux du battoir peuvent présenter diverses sections, circulaires, carrées ou autres, selon la nature de la matière à moudre et la dimension des mailles du tamis, notamment.
- Dans une forme d'exécution particulière, la vis doseuse est réalisée sous forme d'une vis spirale à section carrée et les barreaux du battoir présentent une section circulaire de diamètre inférieur ou égal au côté de la section carrée de la spirale.
- De préférence, les extrémités aval des barreaux se terminent dans un même plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de la vis doseuse et peuvent être fixés dans des encoches prévues sur le pourtour d'un flasque circulaire, par exemple.
- De préférence également, l'appareil est pourvu d'une trémie d'alimentation à l'extrémité amont de la vis doseuse et celle-ci est reliée à un moyen d'entraînement tel qu'un moteur électrique, par exemple.
- L'appareil selon la présente invention est décrit ci-après en référence au dessin annexé, dans lequel:
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en coupe longitudinale partielle d'une forme d'exécution,
- la figure 2 est une vue latérale de la vis doseuse et du battoir de la forme d'exécution selon la figure 1, et
- la figure 3 est une vue de face prise d'aval du battoir de la forme d'exécution selon la figure 1.
- Dans la forme d'exécution représentée à la figure 1, l'appareil selon la présente invention comprend une vis doseuse 1, un battoir 2 formé de barreaux 3 solidaires du pourtour hélicoïdal de l'extrémité aval de la vis 1, un boîtier cylindrique 5 qui enveloppe la vis 1, et un tamis cylindrique 6 qui prolonge le boîtier cylindrique 5 et qui enveloppe le battoir 2.
- L'appareil est pourvu d'une trémie d'alimentation 7 à l'extrémité amont de la vis doseuse 1. Cette dernière est reliée à un moteur électrique 8 par l'intermédiaire d'un axe rotatif 9 auquel elle est fixée.
- Comme on peut le voir en particulier à la figure 2, la vis doseuse 1 est réalisée sous forme d'une vis spirale à section carrée. Les barreaux 3 du battoir 2 sont parallèles à l'axe 4 de la vis doseuse 1. Ils présentent une section circulaire de diamètre inférieur au côté de la section carrée de la spirale 1. Leurs extrémités amont 10 sont logées et soudées dans des logements cylindriques pratiqués dans la spirale même.
- Les extrémités aval 11 des barreaux 3 se terminent dans un même plan et sont fixées et soudées dans des logements ou encoches pratiquées dans le pourtour d'un flasque 12 circulaire, coaxial et perpendiculaire à l'axe 4 de la vis spirale 1.
- Comme on peut le voir en particulier à la figure 3, les barreaux 3 sont au nombre de six et ils sont répartis selon les sommets d'un hexagone.
