Abstract
Procédé de transformation d'un copolymère comprenant des motifs dérivés de l'éthylène et des motifs dérivés d'un ester d'acide insaturé par réaction avec au moins un polyol. Le copolymère ayant un indice de fluidité de 0,2 à 20 dg/min est soumis à une réaction de transestérification-réticulation à une température de 150 à 250°C et sous une pression comprise entre 1 et 100 bars, le rapport molaire des fonctions hydroxyle du polyol aux fonctions ester du copolymère étant au plus égal à 1. Application à la fabrication d'articles industriels.
Description
COPOLYMERES RETICULES DE L'ETHYLENE ET D'UN ESTER D'ACIDE INSATURE ET LEUR PROCEDE D'OBTENTION
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux copolymères réticulés de l'éthylène et d'un ester d'acide insaturé ainsi qu'un procédé pour leur obtention et leur application à la fabrication d'articles industriels.
Les copolymères d'éthylène et d'au moins un ester (méth) acrylique sont bien connus et ont trouvé de
nombreuses applications notamment dans le domaine des films et des articles obtenus par injection ou extrusion. Les films et autres articles industriels comprenant ces
copolymères ne sont généralement utilisables qu'à
température ambiante car ils montrent, et ce d'autant plus que la teneur en ester (méth) acrylique est plus élevée, de mauvaises propriétés mécaniques à haute température. Pour remédier à ceci, il est connu de réticuler ces copolymères au moyen d'un peroxyde. Ils acquièrent ainsi et notamment une meilleure résistance à la rupture, une meilleure élasticité à la compression et une meilleure tenue aux huiles. Cependant cette réticulation devient de plus en plus difficile au fur et à mesure que le teneur en ester augmente et que les caractéristiques des produits obtenus restent encore insuffisantes.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier aux inconvénients de la réticulation des copolymères
éthylène/ester (méth) acrylique par les peroxydes.
Par ailleurs le brevet GB-A-936.732 décrit la réaction d'un copolymere d'un monomère vinylique et d'un ester d'acide insaturé avec un composé organique hydroxyle tel qu'une transestérification ait lieu et que le groupe ester du copolymere soit remplacé par un radical approprié dérivé du composé organique hydroxyle. Le monomère
vinylique peut être l'éthylène ; l'acide insaturé peut être l'acide (méth) acrylique ; le composé organique hydroxyle peut être un alcool dihydrique ou polyhydrique tel qu'un glycol, par exemple un polyéthylène glycol ayant un poids moléculaire de 100 à 800. La transestérification est
effectuée de préférence en présence d'un catalyseur acide (sulfurique, phosphorique, chlorhydrique, benzène et toluènesulfonique) et à une température de 50°C à 120°C. L'exemple 6 décrit la réaction de polyéthylène glycol sur un copolymere comprenant 75% en poids d'ethylène et 25% en poids d'acrylate d'éthyle, ayant un poids moléculaire
(moyenne en nombre) de 23 300 et un indice de fluidité de 38,6 dg/min. La réaction dure 20 heures à 85°C en présence d'acide sulfurique. Le rapport molaire des fonctions hydroxyle aux fonctions ester est égal à 50. Une
réticulation est impossible dans ces conditions car la première fonction hydroxyle d'un alcool polyhydrique est beaucoup plus réactive que les autres fonctions hydroxyle dudit alcool : une fois l'estérification réalisée par réaction d'une extrémité hydroxyle, l'alcool polyhydrique fixé sur le polymère perd de sa mobilité et donc de sa réactivité.
Un problème que la présente invention vise à résoudre consiste donc à déterminer les conditions dans lesquelles un copolymere d'ethylène et d'au moins un ester de l'acide acrylique ou méthacrylique peut être
simultanément transestérifié au moins partiellement et réticulé presque totalement. Un autre problème que vise à résoudre la présente invention consiste à mettre au point un copolymere réticulé à base d'ethylène et d'au moins un ester de l'acide acrylique ou méthacrylique, ledit
copolymere réticulé possédant de bonnes propriétés
mécaniques et une bonne résistance aux huiles.
La présente invention est basée sur la découverte que ces deux problèmes peuvent être simultanément résolus en choisissant l'indice de fluidité du copolymere
éthylène/ester (méth) acrylique dans une certaine gamme et en le soumettant à une réaction de transestérificationréticulation à température élevée avec un polyol en quantité telle que le rapport molaire des fonctions hydroxyle du polyol aux fonctions ester du copolymere ne dépasse pas 1.
Le premier objet de la présente invention
consiste donc en un procédé de transformation d'un
copolymere comprenant des motifs dérivés de l'éthylène et des motifs dérivés d'un ester d'acide insaturé par réaction avec au moins un polyol, caractérisé en ce que ledit copolymere ayant un indice de fluidité de 0,2 à 20 dg/min. environ est soumis à une réaction de transestérificationréticulation à une température de 150 à 250°C environ et sous une pression comprise entre 1 et 100 bars environ, le rapport molaire des fonctions hydroxyle du polyol aux fonctions ester du copolymere étant au plus égal à 1.
L'ester d'acide insaturé entrant dans la constitution du copolymere soumis au procédé de
transformation selon l'invention peut être choisi dans une large gamme, l'acide insaturé présentant de préférence une insaturation éthylénique adjacente au groupe carboxylique. L'acide insaturé est de préférence un mono-acide tel que l'acide acrylique, l'acide méthacrylique, l'acide
crotonique ou l'acide cinnamique. Il peut également s'agir d'un diacide tel que l'acide maleique, l'acide fumarique, l'acide citraconique, l'acide glutaconique ou l'acide muconique. Dans le cas des diacides, l'ester d'acide insaturé peut être un mono-ester ou, de préférence, un diester. L'alcool duquel dérivé l'ester d'acide insaturé comprend de préférence de 1 à 8 atomes de carbone. Le groupe estérifiant peut être linéaire ou ramifié, tel que par exemple méthyle, éthyle, n-propyle, isopropyle, n-butyle, isobutyle, tertiobutyle, isoamyle, n-hexyle, 2-éthylhexyle ou isooctyle.
Le polyol avec lequel on fait réagir le copolymere conformément au procédé de transformation selon l'invention est de préférence choisi de manière à être à l'état liquide dans les conditions (température, pression) dans lesquelles la réaction de transestérificationréticulation est effectuée. On peut citer par exemple les alkylèneglycols tels que l'éthylèneglycol, le diéthylèneglycol, le triéthylèneglycol, le propylèneglycol, le
dipropylèneglycol, le tripropylèneglycol, les alcanediols portant de préférence les radicaux hydroxyle en α,ω comme le 1,4-butanediol, le 2,2-diméthyl-1,3-propanediol, le 2-éthyl-2-méthyl-1,3-propanediol, le 1,6-hexanediol, le 1,4-cyclohexanediméthanol, ainsi que les polyéthylène glycols ayant un poids moléculaire allant jusqu'à 1000 environ, le 1,3-butanediol, le néopentylglycol, le
1,4-cyclohexanediol, le 2,2,4-triméthyl-1,3-pentanediol, le 2-éthyl-2-méthyl-1,3-propanediol, le 2,2-diéthyl-1,3-propanediol, le triméthyloléthane, le triméthylolpropane, le glycérol, le pentaérythritol, le dipentaérythritol et les polyols mono- ou polyéthoxylés ou monoou polypropoxylés.
Il est important, pour obtenir par le procédé selon l'invention un copolymere réticulé possédant de bonnes propriétés mécaniques, que l'indice de fluidité (mesuré selon la norme ASTM D-1238, condition E) du
copolymère de départ soit choisi dans une gamme de 0,2 à 20 dg/min. environ. Les copolymères réticulés selon l'invention obtenus à partir d'un copolymère d'indice de fluidité supérieur à 30 dg/min. possèdent en effet des propriétés mécaniques insuffisantes qui les rendent inaptes pour la plupart des applications envisagées.
Le procédé de transformation selon l'invention est applicable quelle que soit 1a proportion de motifs dérivés de l'ester d'acide insaturé dans le copolymère. Dans la plupart des cas, cette proportion est comprise entre 1 et 50% environ en moles, de préférence entre 2 et 35% en moles environ.
Le copolymère obtenu à partir du procédé de transformation selon l'invention peut, lorsque le polyol utilisé est un diol de formule HO-(CH2)x-OH, être
représenté par 1a formule générale :
dans laquelle n représente le nombre de motifs dérivés de l'éthylène pour un motif dérivé de l'ester et x est nombre entier compris entre 1 et 70 environ. Comme cela peut facilement s'imaginer, lorsque le polyol utilisé est un triol, le copolymère obtenu est représentable par une formule générale similaire à la formule (I) mais dans laquelle apparaît un noeud de réseau multifonctionnel.
Le copolymère soumis au procédé de transformation selon l'invention peut, outre les motifs dérivés de
l'éthylène et ceux dérivés de l'ester d'acide insaturé, comprendre des motifs dérivés d'un anhydride d'acide dicarboxylique insaturé, ceux-ci pouvant être présents en une proportion allant jusqu'à 3% environ en moles dans le copolymère. L'anhydride présent peut être choisi parmi l'anhydride citraconique, l'anhydride itaconique,
l'anhydride tétrahydrophtalique et, de préférence,
l'anhydride maléique. Lorsque l'anhydride maleique est utilisé et que le polyol utilisé est un diol de formule HO-(CH2)x-OH, le copolymère obtenu après transformation conformément à l'invention peut être représenté par la formule (II) de la page suivante, dans laquelle
n représente le nombre de motifs dérivés de l'éthylène pour un motif dérivé de l'ester, m représente le nombre de motifs dérivés de l'éthylène pour un motif dérivé de l'anhydride et x est un nombre entier compris entre 1 et 70 environ.
Le copolymere soumis au procédé de transformation selon l'invention peut, outre les motifs dérivés de
l'éthylène et ceux dérivés de l'ester d'acide insaturé, comprendre des motifs dérivés d'un monomère glycidylique insaturé, ceux-ci pouvant être présents en une proportion allant jusqu'à 18% environ en moles dans le copolymère. Le monomère glycidylique peut être choisi notamment parmi méthacrylate et acrylate de glycidyle, itaconate de monoet diglycidyle, butènetricarboxylate de mono-, di- et triglycidyle. Lorsque le méthacrylate de glycidyle est utilisé et que le polyol utilisé est un diol de formule HO-(CH2)x-OH, le copolymere obtenu après transformation conformément à l'invention peut être représenté par la formule (III) de la page suivante, dans laquelle
n représente le nombre de motifs dérivés de l'éthylène pour un motif dérivé de l'ester, m représente le nombre de motifs dérivés de l'éthylène pour un motif dérivé du méthacrylate de glycidyle et x est un nombre entier compris entre 1 et 70 environ.
Le copolymère soumis au procédé de transformation selon l'invention peut, outre les motifs dérivés de
l'éthylène et ceux dérivés de l'ester d'acide insaturé, comprendre des motifs dérivés d'un N-carboxyalkylimide d'acide dicarboxylique insaturé, ceux-ci pouvant être présents en une proportion allant jusqu'à 3% environ en moles dans le copolymère. Un tel copolymère est obtenu en faisant réagir à une température comprise entre 150°C et 300°C un acide aminoalkylcarboxylique sur un terpolymère éthylène/ester d'acide insaturé/anhydride d'acide
dicarboxylique insaturé. Lorsque par exemple l'acide aminoundécanoïque est utilisé en tant qu'acide aminoalkylcarboxylique, l'anhydride maleique en tant qu'anhydride du terpolymère et que le polyol utilisé est un diol de formule HO-(CH2)χ-OH, le copolymere obtenu après transformation conformément à l'invention peut être représenté par la formule (IV) de la page suivante, dans laquelle n est le nombre de motifs dérivés de l'éthylène pour un motif dérivé de l'ester, m représente le nombre de motifs dérivés de l'éthylène pour un motif dérivé du N-carboxyalkylimide et x est un nombre entier compris entre 1 et 70 environ.
Le copolymere soumis au procédé de transformation selon l'invention peut, outre les motifs dérivés de
l'éthylène et ceux dérivés de l'ester d'acide insaturé, comprendre des motifs dérivés d'un polyacrylate ou
polyméthacrylate de polyol, ceux-ci pouvant être présents en une proportion allant jusqu'à 0,4% environ en moles dans le copolymère. Par poly(méth)acrylate de polyol entrant dans la constitution de tels copolymères, on entend tout composé dérivant d'un polyol et comprenant au moins deux fonctions esters obtenues par estérification au moins partielle dudit polyol au moyen d'acide acrylique ou méthacrylique. Il peut s'agir d'un (di) méthacrylate de diol, triol, tétrol, etc., d'un tri(méth) acrylate de triol, tétrol, etc., d'un tétra(méth)acrylate d'un polyol ayant au moins 4 fonctions alcool. On peut citer les diacrylates et diméthacrylates de l'éthylèneglycol, du propylèneglycol, du 1,3-butanediol, du 1,4-butanediol, du 1,6-hexanediol, du néopentylglycol, du 1,4-cyclohexanediol, du 1,4-cyclohexanediméthanol, du 2,2,4-triméthyl-1,3-pentanediol, du 2-éthyl-2-méthyl-1,3-propanediol, du 2,2-diéthyl- 1,3-propanediol, du diéthylèneglycol, du dipropylèneglycol, du triéthylèneglycol, du tripropylèneglycol, du tétraéthylèneglycol, du tétrapropylèneglycol, du triméthyloléthane, du triméthylolpropane, du glycérol, du pentaérythritol, les triacrylates et triméthacrylates du
triméthyloléthane, du triméthylolpropane, du glycérol, du pentaérythritol, les tétracrylates et tétraméthacrylates du pentaérythritol, les di(méth)acrylates à hexa(méth)acrylates du dipentaérythritol, les poly(méth)acrylates de polyols mono- ou polyethoxyles ou mono- ou polypropoxylés tels le triacrylate et le triméthacrylate du triméthylolpropane triéthoxylé, du triméthylolpropane tripropoxylé ; le triacrylate et le triméthacrylate du glycérol
tripropoxylé ; le triacrylate, le triméthacrylate, le tétraacrylate et le tétraméthacrylate du pentaérythritol tétraéthoxylé.
Bien entendu des combinaisons de motifs
facultatifs dérivés d'un anhydride d'acide dicarboxylique insaturé, d'un monomère glycidylique insaturé, d'un
N-carboxyalkylimide d'acide dicarboxylique insaturé et/ou d'un poly(méth)acrylate de polyol sont possibles pour le copolymere soumis au procédé de transformation selon l'invention sous réserve qu'elles ne conduisent pas à sa réticulation au cours de sa synthèse et, par conséquent, des combinaisons à partir des formules générales (II) à (IV) sont possibles pour représenter les copolymères se] on l'invention obtenus après transformation.
Selon la présente invention, le rapport molaire des fonctions hydroxyle du polyol aux fonctions ester du copolymere est au plus égal à 1. Plus particulièrement ce rapport molaire est compris entre 0,1 et 0,7 environ, et de préférence encore il est compris entre 0,15 et 0,5 environ. De la sorte, la réaction de transestérification est le plus souvent partielle, tandis que la réaction de réticulation est totale ou presque totale. Pour cette raison, les formules générales (I) à (IV) peuvent être complétées pour indiquer la présence, sur les chaînes macromoléculaires, de motifs de formule :
dans laquelle R1 est choisi parmi l'atome d'hydrogène et les groupes alkyle (généralement le groupe méthyle) et R2 est choisi parmi les groupes alkyle ayant de préférence de 1 à 8 atomes de carbone, ces motifs correspondant à l'ester d'acide insaturé n'ayant pas été transestérifié.
Une durée comprise entre 3 et 30 minutes environ est généralement suffisante pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'invention, cette durée étant bien entendu d'autant plus courte que la température de mise en oeuvre est plus élevée. Lorsqu'on souhaite accélérer la réaction de transestérification, il est possible de l'effectuer en
présence d'au moins un catalyseur de transestérification. Parmi de tels catalyseurs, on peut citer des catalyseurs acides tels que les acides sulfurique, fluorhydrique, chlorhydrique, benzènesulfonique, paratoluènesulfonique, des résines echangeuses d'ions, ainsi que des catalyseurs basiques tels que l'aluminohydrure de lithium, l'oxyde et l'hydroxyde de lithium, les alkyllithium, les tétraalkylborures de lithium, les carbonates de lithium et de sodium, la soude, les alcoolates de sodium, les phosphates
trisodique et tricalcique, le carbonate de potassium, la potasse, les alcoolates de potassium, les hydrogénocarbonates de potassium, de rubidium et de césium, les alcoolates de magnésium et de calcium, l'hydrure et le chlorure de calcium, l'oxyde de calcium, les alcoolates de titane et de zirconium, l'oxyde d'étain, les oxydes
d'alkylétain (comme l'oxyde de dibutylétain et l'oxyde de dioctylétain), le dilaurate de dibutylétain, les
acétylacétonates de calcium, de zirconium, de baryum, de fer, de cobalt et de zinc. La quantité de catalyseur de transestérification à utiliser, variable selon la nature du catalyseur, est généralement comprise entre 0,5 et 5% en poids du poids total des monomères en présence.
Le procédé de transformation selon l'invention peut être mis en oeuvre dans tout matériel approprié de malaxage ou toute machine de transformation des matières plastiques (presse de vulcanisation, malaxeur interne, extrudeuse avec fur chauffant) comportant, le cas échéant, un dispositif permettant d'évacuer l'alcool formé par transestérification. Cependant la présence d'une faible quantité d'alcool dans le copolymere réticulé obtenu n'est pas préjudiciable aux qualités de celui-ci.
En outre et de façon à limiter les exsudations du diol n'ayant pas réagi, il peut être avantageux de mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'invention en présence d'une matière absorbante telle qu'une charge comme la craie, l'oxyde de calcium, la terre de diatomée, les zéolithes ou le kieselgühr, en une quantité pouvant aller jusqu'à 100
parties en poids, avantageusement de 5 à 50 parties en poids, pour 100 parties de copolymère.
Les copolymères réticulés obtenus par le procédé selon l'invention possèdent, par rapport aux copolymères dont ils dérivent, des propriétés mécaniques améliorées, une meilleure résistance aux huiles et une meilleure élasticité à la compression. Ils trouvent des applications intéressantes notamment pour le revêtement de câbles métalliques, l'obtention de joncs, tubes, tuyaux, profilés obtenus par extrusion ou sous forme d'articles industriels de formes diverses obtenus par injection.
Dans ces applications, et notamment pour l'obtention d'articles industriels, la réaction de
transestérification-réticulation a généralement lieu pendant et/ou après la mise en forme du copolymere, selon que la température de mise en forme atteint ou n'atteint pas la gamme de température - 150°C à 250°C - dans laquelle ladite réaction commence à s'effectuer. On peut opérer par exemple par injection dans un moule chaud de tous les ingrédients de la composition, mélangés à une température inférieure à la température de transestérification, ou bien par extrusion de la composition et passage de l'extrudat dans un four.
Les exemples non limitatifs ci-après ont pour but d'illustrer l'invention. Sauf précision
contraire, toutes les quantités sont exprimées en poids.
EXEMPLES 1 à 4
Dans un mélangeur interne on introduit, pour 100 parties de copolymere (C), les quantités précisées au tableau ci-après de 1,6-hexanediol (H), de dilaurate de dibutylétain (D) et, le cas échéant, de craie en poudre (K) ayant une granulométrie moyenne d'environ 4 μm. Le
copolymère (C) est choisi parmi les produits suivants : C1 : copolymere d'ethylène (86,5% en moles),
d'acrylate de méthyle (12,4% en moles) et
d'acrylate de butyle (1,1% en moles) ayant un
indice de fluidité (norme ASTM D-1238, 190ºC, 2,16 kg) éqal à 2,8 dg/min.
C2 : copolymere d'ethylène (69,8% en moles) et
d'acrylate de méthyle (30,2% en moles), ayant un indice de fluidité éqal à 10 dg/min.
C3 : copolymere d'ethylène (91,4% en moles) et
d'acrylate de butyle (8,6% en moles), ayant un indice de fluidité de 4 dg/min.
On a également fait figurer au tableau le rapport molaire (R) des fonctions hydroxyle du diol aux fonctions ester du copolymère.
On malaxe la composition à la température de 75ºC pendant 5 minutes puis on l'introduit dans une presse où l'on effectue la réticulation à 200ºC (sauf à l'exemple 4 : 220ºC), sous une pression de 50 bars et pendant la durée t (exprimée en minutes) indiquée au tableau ci-après.
Sur le copolymère réticulé obtenu on mesure les propriétés suivantes ;
- RR : résistance à la rupture déterminée selon la norme.
ASTM D-638 et exprimée en MPa,
- SA : set d'allongement déterminé selon la norme ASTM
D-412 et exprimé en %,
-DRC : déformation rémanente après compression a 100ºC pendant 22 heures, déterminée selon la norme ASTM D-395 (méthode B) et exprimée en % par rapport à la déformation imposée (la valeur 100% correspond à un matériau restant dans sa configuration après compression, la valeur 0% correspond à un matériau parfaitement élastique revenant à sa configuration initiale),
- TG : taux de gonflement dans l'huile ASTM 3, à 100ºC, déterminé selon la norme ASTM D-471 et exprimé en % pondéral.
Les résultats de ces mesures figurent au tableau ci-après.
Par ailleurs le taux de gel après un séjour de.
48 heures du copolymere de l'exemple 1 dans le cyclohexane à 23°C est égal à 89%.

Les propriétés des copolymères de base C1 à C3 sont indiquées au tableau ci-après.
Claims
REVENDICATIONS
1 - Procédé de transformation d'un copolymère comprenant des motifs dérivés de l'éthylène et des motifs dérivés d'un ester d'acide insaturé par réaction avec au moins un polyol, caractérisé en ce que ledit copolymère ayant un indice de fluidité de 0,2 à 20 dg/min. est soumis à une réaction de transestérification-réticulation à une température de 150 à 250°C et sous une pression comprise entre 1 et 100 bars, le rapport molaire des fonctions hydroxyle du polyol aux fonctions ester du copolymère étant au plus égal à 1.
2 - Procédé de transformation selon la
revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'acide insaturé est choisi parmi les acides acrylique, méthacrylique,
crotonique, cinnamique, maleique, fumarique, citraconique, glutaconique et muconique.
3 - Procédé de transformation selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le groupe estérifiant de l'ester d'acide insaturé comprend de 1 à 8 atomes de carbone.
4 - Procédé de transformation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le polyol est choisi parmi les alkylèneglycols tels que l'éthylèneglycol, le diéthylèneglycol, le triéthylèneglycol, le propylèneglycol, le dipropyleneglycol, le tripropylèneglycol, les alcanediols portant de préférence les radicaux hydroxyle en α,ω comme le 1,4-butanediol, le 2,2-diméthyl-1,3-propanediol, le 2-éthyl-2-méthyl-1,3-propanediol, le 1,6-hexanediol, le 1,4-cyclohexanediméthanol, ainsi que les
polyéthylène glycols ayant un poids moléculaire allant jusqu'à 1000 environ, le 1,3-butanediol, le néopentylglycol, le 1,4-cyclohexanediol, le 2,2,4-triméthyl- 1,3-pentanediol, le 2-éthyl-2-méthyl-1,3-propanediol, le 2,2-diéthyl-1,3-propanediol, le triméthyloléthane, le triméthylolpropane, le glycérol, le pentaérythritol, le dipentaérythritol et les polyols mono- ou polyethoxylés ou mono- ou polypropoxylés.
5 - Procédé de transformation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 , caractérisé en ce que la proportion de motifs dérivés de l'ester d'acide insaturé dans le copolymere est comprise entre 1 et 50% en moles.
6 - Procédé de transformation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le copolymere comprend en outre des motifs dérivés d'un anhydride d'acide dicarboxylique insaturé et/ou d'un monomère glycidylique insaturé et/ou d'un N-carboxyalkylimide d'acide
dicarboxylique insaturé et/ou d'un polyacrylate ou
polymethacrylate de polyol.
7 - Procédé de transformation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le rapport molaire des fonctions hydroxyle du polyol aux fonctions ester du copolymere est compris entre 0,1 et 0,7.
8 - Procédé de transformation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la réaction de transestérification-réticulation est effectuée pendant une durée de 3 à 30 minutes.
9 - Procédé de transformation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la réaction de transestérification-réticulation est effectuée en présence d'un catalyseur de transestérification.
10 - Copolymere réticulé comprenant des séquences de formule générale :
dans laquelle m représente le nombre de motifs dérivés de l ' éthylène pour un motif dérivé du méthacrylate de
glycidyle et x est un nombre entier compris entre 1 et 70 , et/ou des séquences de formule générale
