Abstract

Le broyeur à cylindres décrit comprend au moins un groupe de cylindres formant une paire, qui est composée d'un cylindre haute vitesse (2) soutenu par un palier fixe et d'un cylindre basse vitesse (3) soutenu par un palier mobile (8) et effectuant une rotation dans le sens contraire au sens de rotation du cylindre haute vitesse et qui est équipée d'un mécanisme de réglage de l'espace intercylindre. Un mécanisme de réglage grossier de l'espace intercylindre est constitué par une bague excentrique (10) et par un mécanisme d'entraînement (11, 12, 13) pour cette bague, et un mécanisme de réglage fin de l'espace intercylindre est constitué par une bague excentrique (14) pour le réglage fin de l'espace intercylindre reliée par un ressort (15) à un arbre (17) de réglage fin de l'espace intercylindre, ainsi que par un mécanisme d'entraînement (27, 28, 29) pour cette bague. Le châssis de support d'un corps principal (8e) du palier mobile mentionné ci-dessus (8) est conçu divisible en une première et une seconde parties (8a, 8b) et, dès lors que la première partie (8a) est séparée pour pouvoir être démontée/montée par rapport à un palier fixe (9), le démontage/montage d'un cylindre peut être effectué facilement sans démontage des mécanismes de réglage de l'espace intercylindre.
