Claims (8)
- Procédé de fabrication d'armature pour éléments en béton, de préférence pour pieux en béton, dans lesquels un fil d'acier (10) est conformé en bobine allongée (10') et des barres d'armature (20) sont placées à l'intérieur de la bobine (10') et dans lesquels des moyens (26, 26a, 26b, 26c) sont disposés de façon à maintenir ensemble la bobine et les barres d'armature, caractérisé en ce que la bobine (10') et les barres d'armature (20) sont amenées à être tenues ensemble par une pluralité d'éléments de tension (26, 26a, 26b, 26c) poussés contre, et agissant entre, au moins deux barres d'armature (20) ou groupes de barres de façon à être en prise avec elles, lesdits éléments de tension poussant les barres d'armature au contact de la bobine, ce qui permet de se passer de liens.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel des barres d'armature (20), ou des groupes de barres forment les angles d'un rectangle imaginaire vu en section transversale, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de tension (26) sont conçus en tant qu'entretoises agissant en diagonale dans ledit rectangle de façon qu'une entretoise soit disposée dans la première direction diagonale et que l'entretoise voisine soit disposée dans la seconde direction diagonale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de tension (26a) sont formés et placés de manière tel qu'ils pressent trois barres d'armature ou groupes d'entre elles contre la bobine, lesdites barres ou groupes de barres étant disposées de manière proche et réparties sur la circonférence de la bobine.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de tension (26b, 26c) sont agencés et disposés de façon à presser toutes les barres d'armature ou groupes de barres contre la bobine.
- Armature pour éléments de béton, de préférence pieux en béton, comprenant un fil d'acier conformé en bobine allongée et des barres d'armature placées à l'intérieur sur toute la longueur de la bobine, et des moyens (26, 26a, 26b, 26c) pour maintenir ensemble la bobine et les barres d'armature, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens pour maintenir ensemble la bobine et les barres d'armature consistent en une pluralité d'entretoises (26, 26a, 26b, 26c) espacées mutuellement dans la direction longitudinale de la bobine (10') qui s'accrochent à, et agissent entre, au moins deux barres d'armature (20) ou groupes de barres pour presser les barres d'armature au contact de la bobine et stabiliser ainsi l'armature.
- Armature selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle les barres d'armature ou les groupes de barres forment les angles d'un rectangle imaginaire vu en section transversale, caractérisée en ce que les entretoises (26) sont disposées en diagonale dans ledit rectangle de façon que des entretoises qui se suivent soient orientées dans des directions diagonales différentes.
- Elément d'entretoise destiné à être utilisé dans une armature qui comprend un fil d'acier conformé en bobine allongée et dans laquelle sont disposées des barres d'armature, l'armature étant destinée à des éléments en béton, de préférence des pieux en béton, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité de l'élément d'entretoise est munie d'une première encoche (27) dirigée vers l'extérieur pour venir en prise avec une première barre d'armature, ou groupe de barres d'armature, et en ce que l'autre extrémité de l'entretoise est munie d'une seconde encoche (28) disposée à 90° de la première encoche pour être fixée à une seconde barre d'armature, ou groupe de barres d'armature.
- Elément en béton, de préférence pieux en béton, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'une armature conforme à l'une des revendications 5 ou 6.
