Claims (10)

  1. Additif de détergence ou de nettoyage granulaire, alcalin et exempt de phosphates, renfermant essentiellement
    (a) 35 à 60 % en poids de sels de sodium, d'au moins un acide (méth-)acrylique homopolymère ou copolymère,
    (b) 25 à 50 % en poids de carbonate de sodium (calculés à l'état anhydre)
    (c) 4 à 20 % en poids de sulfate de sodium (calculés à l'état anhydre)
    (d) 1 à 7 % en poids d'eau.
  2. Agent selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une teneur de
       40 à 55 % en poids du composant (a),
       30 à 45 % en poids du composant (b),
       5 à 15 % du composant (c),
       2 à 6 % en poids du composant (d).
  3. Agent selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une teneur de
       45 à 52 % en poids du composant (a),
       30 à 38 % en poids du composant (b),
       5 à 10 % du composant (c),
       3 à 5 % en poids du composant (d).
  4. Agent selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le composant (a) est constitué de sels sodiques de l'acide polyacrylique et/ou des copolymères se composant de 50 à 90 % en poids d'acide acrylique et de 50 à 10 % en poids d'acide maléique.
  5. Agent selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la teneur en eau est calculée de manière telle que la fixation d'eau atteint 0,3 à 0,7 mole d'H₂O par mole de carbonate de sodium.
  6. Agent selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par une grosseur de grain moyenne de 0,2 à 1,2 mm, la proportion des grains inférieurs à 0,1 mm ne dépassant pas 2 % en poids et celle des grains supérieurs à 2 mm n'étant pas supérieure à 20 % en poids.
  7. Agent selon la revendication 6, dans lequel au moins 80 % en poids, en particulier au moins 90 % en poids des grains présentent une grosseur comprise entre 0,2 et 1,6 mm, le pourcentage des grains entre 0,1 et 0,05 mm ne dépassant pas 3 % en poids, en particulier, n'étant pas supérieur à 1 % en poids, et la proportion des grains entre 1,6 et 2,4 mm n'excédant pas 20 % en poids, en particulier n'étant pas supérieure à 10 % en poids.
  8. Procédé de fabrication de l'agent selon une des revendications 1 à 7, par pulvérisation par séchage, caractérisé en ce que l'on pulvérise une suspension épaisse, contenant 50 à 68 % en poids de composants non aqueux, qu'on sèche ladite suspension à l'aide de gaz de chauffage acheminés à contre-courant, la température du gaz sec atteignant 100 à 130 °C dans la zone de la sortie de la tour.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le gaz de chauffage présente une température de 200 à 320 °C dans la zone d'entrée de la tour.
  10. Utilisation de l'agent selon une des revendications 1 à 7, comme constituant de mélange ou composant granulaire dans des agents de lavage et de nettoyage.
