Definitions

  • the invention relates to the technical sector of boat building.
  • Pleasure boats are built with a hull (1) made of all appropriate materials such as wood, plastic or others, arranged on its periphery to receive by assembly the deck (2) manufactured independently. This assembly of the hull and the deck is carried out along a joint plane (3), as illustrated in FIG. 1, by gluing or any other known method.
  • the parting line can be plane (4) (figure 2), curved upwards (figure 3), according to the reference (5), curved downwards (figure 4) according to the reference (6) or include a recess ( 7) ( Figure 5).
  • This assembly technique requires positioning the windows (8) and other similar openings on either side of the joint plane line. Taking into account the profile of the deck part and the surface of the hull above the waterline, the surface and the position of the portholes or other openings or transparent panels are considerably limited and therefore the interior pleasure of the boat.
  • the object of the invention is to remedy these drawbacks.
  • the problem that the invention proposes to solve is to create a new concept of boat construction by giving them a new aesthetic, greater visibility and better comfort inside the boat.
  • Another problem that the invention proposes to solve is to give greater freedom to the design and construction of portholes or other lighting means.
  • the boat which, in a known manner, comprises a hull and a deck separated by a joint plane, presents along the peripheral periphery of the joint plane on the hull and / or on the deck, one or more profiled notches capable of defining in combination by bringing together and assembling the hull and the deck, a frame for receiving elements forming a frame and arranged to constitute portholes.
  • the problems posed are solved in that the notches are made facing overlapping on the hull and on the deck by defining a double recess and are arranged to receive the element or elements forming the window support frame or transparent panels.
  • the notches are made on the deck, the element or elements forming a frame coming flush with the joint plane of the hull.
  • the notches are made on the hull, the element or elements forming a chassis coming to be flush with the joint plane of the bridge.
  • these the latter are assembled in the corresponding notches of the hull and / or the deck, by gluing.
  • the elements forming a chassis are integrated in the form of inserts during the manufacturing of the deck or of the hull according to the profile of the latter to form one or the other. one piece before final assembly of the hull and deck.
  • Another problem which the invention proposes to solve is to be able to ensure the opening of the porthole (s).
  • the frame part forming a frame is arranged with a porthole part articulated at its base by a hinge allowing opening from the top and ventilation.
  • the boat has along one peripheral periphery of joining on the hull (10) and / or on the deck (11) one or more notches (10.1) (11.1) sections arranged facing each other and capable of defining between them a frame for receiving elements (9) forming a frame, arranged overlapping or alignment on the joint plane (12) defined by the approximation and assembly of the hull and the deck .
  • the elements (9) form a frame and are arranged to constitute and receive the porthole part or transparent panels of the boat.
  • the double recess defined by the notches in the joint plane between the hull and the deck, allows an adaptation of the profile of the frame or chassis.
  • This profile can be very varied and allows a very clear increase in the potential visibility area by being distributed simultaneously on the hull and on the deck.
  • it can include one or more drop zones with or without various profiles.
  • the framing element (9) or chassis has, according to the profile of the bridge in particular, a substantially L-shaped or a substantially planar and regular shape (FIG. 7) or curvilinear or others.
  • the shape of the frame can be cylindrical or define a rectangular or other surface.
  • the porthole or transparent panel is directly integrated into the part with the frame element or chassis according to known techniques.
  • the frame or chassis is fixed by gluing or other assembly means and may possibly form a clearance for its assembly with the hull and the deck. According to Figures 6 and 7, the piece the frame element overlaps on the parting line.
  • the framing element or chassis can be produced with great precision and be arranged with various arrangements such as opening portholes, interior solar protection, ventilation openings, integrated electric lighting device and the like.
  • the one or more framing elements or chassis, manufactured separately can be integrated in the form of inserts during the manufacture of the deck or the hull according to the profile of the latter to constitute with one or the other a single element before the final assembly of the hull and deck.
  • the framing element is flush with the joint plane (13) in particular of the hull while a notch has been made on the deck.
  • the frame element or frame (15) is assembled by the aforementioned means.
  • the porthole part (16) can be mounted articulated at its base by a hinge (17) thus allowing opening from the top and good ventilation.
  • the porthole receiving frame is curved profile by reducing its overhang relative to the hull when it is opened.
  • the frame can come to fit in a notch formed on the hull and come to be flush and resting on the part facing the deck.
