Claims (7)

  1. Bearbeitungsmaschine zum Supfinieren der Laufflächen einer Welle durch Schleifen, insbesondere der Nocken (4) oder der Nocken und Lagerzapfen einer Nockenwelle, wobei die Welle während der Bearbeitung zwischen Spitzen (1, 2) gefaßt und mit einer Drehbewegung um ihre Achse beaufschlagt wird,
       mit mehreren Armen (8), die auf demselben Träger (7) so montiert sind, daß sie in zur Achse der zu bearbeitenden Welle senkrechten parallelen Ebenen verschwenkbar sind, und die (8) in zwei Gruppen (8a, 8c, 8e, 8g; 8b, 8d, 8f, 8h) unterteilt sind, die zu beiden Seiten der Welle so angeordnet sind, daß sie um zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete parallele Wellen (9a, 9b) verschwenkbar sind, wobei jeder Arm ein Betätigungs- und Andruckmittel (22) aufweist, um ein Schleifmittel (11) mit einem vorbestimmten Druck gegen eine der zu bearbeitenden Laufflächen der Welle anzudrücken,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       daß jedem der genannten Arme (8) ein Schleifband (11) zugeordnet ist, das von einer Vorratsspule (12, 23) für neues Band abgewickelt und auf eine Aufwickelspule (13, 25) für gebrauchtes Band aufgewickelt wird,
       daß jeder Arm (8) ein Andruckmittel (14, 29) zum Andrücken von Schleifband gegen die zu bearbeitenden Lauffläche (4) aufweist
       und daß die Maschine gemeinsame Antriebsmittel für den kontinuierlichen Antrieb aller Aufwickelspulen (13, 25) für die Schleifbänder während der Bearbeitung umfaßt.
  2. Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Arm (8) mit Mitteln für die lösbare Aufnahme einer abnehmbaren Kassette (10) ausgestattet ist, die eine Vorratsspule (12) und eine Aufwickelspule (13) für Schleifband, eine Rolle (14) zum Andrücken des Schleifbands gegen die zu bearbeitende Lauffläche sowie Kupplungsmittel zum Kuppeln der Aufwickelspule der Kassette mit den genannten Antriebsmitteln enthält.
  3. Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsmittel einen Wellenzapfen (15) umfassen, der drehbar an dem Arn (8) gelagert ist und auf einer Seite des Arms Kupplungselemente für die Kupplung mit der Aufwickelspule (13) der Kassette und auf der anderen Seite des Arms ein Rad oder eine Riemenscheibe (16) aufweist, das bzw. die durch einen Riemen (17) oder ein analoges Transmissionsmittel mit einem Rad oder einer Riemenscheibe (18) einer für die Aufwickelspulen der Kassetten aller Arme gemeinsamen Antriebswelle (9) verbunden ist, die als Schwenkachse für alle Arme (8) dient, die sich auf einer Seite der zu bearbeitenden Welle befinden.
  4. Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schwenkachsen (9a, 9b) der beiden Gruppen von Armen (8) aus zwei Antriebswellen bestehen, die durch eine Riemen- oder eine analoge Transmission (19, 20) miteinander verbunden sind.
  5. Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Arm (8) mit einer Schleifband-Andruckrolle (29) ausgestattet ist und daß alle den einzelnen Armen zugeordneten Schleifbänder (11) von auf einer gemeinsamen Achse montierten, nicht angetriebenen Vorratsspulen (24) abgezogen und auf angetriebene Aufwickelspulen (25) aufgewickelt werden, die auf einer den Schleifband-Aufwickelspulen für alle Arme der Maschine gemeinsamen Antriebswelle (26) montiert sind.
  6. Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme (8) zu beiden Seiten der zu bearbeitenden Welle (3) so verteilt sind, daß die Andruckmittel (14, 29) zum Andrücken der zum Bearbeiten der aufeinanderfolgenden Laufflächen (4) der Welle bestimmten Schleifbänder von den entgegengesetzten Seiten der Welle aus abwechselnd gegen die zu bearbeitenden Laufflächen gedrückt werden.
  7. Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme (8) um die genannten beiden Achsen (9a, 9b) derart schwenkbar montiert sind, daß jedesmal zwei Arme (8a, 8c, 8e, 8g; 8b, 8d, 8f, 8h) in ein und derselben Ebene verschwenkt werden, die durch zwei aufeinanderfolgende zu bearbeitende Laufflächen verläuft, wobei die Andruckmittel (14, 29) zum Andrücken der Schleifbänder auf den entgegengesetzten Seiten der beiden Arme angeordnet sind.
