Claims (11)

1. Installation d'alimentation pour des substances visqueuses, pâteuses ou solides à l'état froid, en particulier pour des colles thermofusibles, qui comprend un boîtier sensiblement tubulaire (2) pour recevoir la substance (M), l'une des extrémités du boîtier étant équipée d'une plaque de fusion (5) pour la substance (M) visqueuse, pâteuse ou solide à l'état froid, et l'autre extrémité opposée du boîtier étant réalisée de manière à recevoir un piston (14) qui peut y être déplacé manuellement, pneumatiquement, hydraulique- ment, ou d'une autre manière, et des organes de chauffage (11) étant agencés dans la région de la plaque de fusion (5),
caractérisée en ce que,
le côté (7) de la plaque de fusion (5) dirigé vers l'intérieur du boîtier comporte une dépression (6) avec une ouverture de sortie (8) qui est reliée via un canal radial (9) à un raccord de tube (10) monté latéralement sur la plaque de fusion (5), en ce que les organes de chauffage (11) sont agencés dans la plaque de fusion (5), laquelle est réalisée en acier et est reliée de manière démontable au boîtier (2) qui est également réalisé en acier, et en ce que la substance (M) à alimenter est disposée à l'intérieur d'un sac compressible (19).
2. Installation d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la paroi intérieure (3) du boîtier (2) présente une surface aussi lisse que possible, de préférence polie et, en ce que la face extérieure (20) du sac (19) présente une surface aussi lisse que possible, de préférence métallisée.
3. Installation d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi (b) du sac (19) est comprise 0,1 mm et 1 mm, et est de préférence environ 0,3 mm.
4. Installation d'alimentation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le sac (19) est pourvu, sur son côté (21) dirigé vers la plaque de fusion (5) dans l'état monté, de fentes (22) s'étendant en étoile depuis le centre, en tant qu'emplacements de rupture désirés.
5. Installation d'alimentation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le diamètre (d) du sac (19) rempli avec la substance (M) à alimenter est légèrement inférieur au diamètre intérieur (i) du boîtier (2).
6. Installation d'alimentation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la dépression (6) de forme approximativement conique s'étend en partant depuis la paroi intérieure (3) du boîtier jusqu'à l'ouverture de sortie (8) disposée au centre.
7. Installation d'alimentation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les organes de chauffage (11) comprennent des cartouches chauffantes qui sont de préférence actionnées et régulées électriquement, qui sont agencées en forme d'étoile autour de l'ouverture de sortie (8).
8. Installation d'alimentation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de fusion (5) comporte un perçage radial (12) dans lequel peut être introduit un détecteur de température (13), lequel est accouplé en retour via les organes de chauffage (11).
9. Installation d'alimentation selon quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (2), la plaque de fusion (5) et toutes liaisons sont réalisés de manière résistante à la pression.
10. Installation d'alimentation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le piston (14) est agencé en totalité à l'intérieur du boîtier (2) à l'état reculé.
11. Installation d'alimentation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (2) est réalisé en acier avec une épaisseur de paroi (z) de préférence entre 1 mm et 20 mm.
