Claims (7)

  1. Appareil encastrable, en particulier réfrigérateur ou congélateur, à une face supérieure (1) de l'habillage de l'appareil étant associée une baguette couvre-joint (6) qui dépasse vers l'avant au-delà de la face avant de l'habillage de l'appareil et présente un repli (7) qui, par rapport à un haut (9) de la niche d'un meuble de logement, disposé à distance au-dessus de la face supérieure, est orienté perpendiculairement vers le haut et présente, sur son bord supérieur, un collet (8) replié vers l'arrière, si bien qu'il s étend au moins sur la largeur horizontale de l'habillage (2) de l'appareil, caractérisé en ce que sur la baguette couvre-joint (6), est fixée une baguette d'obturation (11) qui recouvre le repli (7) sur la face avant et fait saillie vers le haut.
  2. Appareil encastrable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la baguette d'obturation (11) a une section transversale en forme de L et recouvre le repli (7) ainsi que le collet (8), aux bords libres des branches de la baguette d'obturation (11) étant moulés des crochets de prise (12) lesquels s'agrippent, par concordance de formes, au bord inférieur du repli (7) resp. au bord arrière libre du collet (8).
  3. Appareil encastrable selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la baguette couvre-joint (6) est fixée, par une languette de retenue (3), directement sur la face supérieure (1) de l'habillage (2) de l'appareil.
  4. Appareil encastrable selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des suivantes, caractérisé en ce que la baguette couvre-joint (6) s étend au-delà des bords latéraux (14) perpendiculaires de l'habillage (2) de l'appareil pour atteindre la paroi voisine latérale (15) du meuble de logement.
  5. Appareil encastrable selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des suivantes caractérisé en ce que la branche, recouvrant le repli perpendiculaire (7), de la baguette d'oburation (11) se trouve dans un plan avec la surface frontale (13) de la face avant du haut de niche (9), disposé au-dessus, du meuble de logement.
  6. Appareil encastrable selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des suivantes, caractérisé en ce que la branche, parallèle au bord coudé (8), de la baguette d'obturation (11) s'appliquent jointivement au haut (9), disposé, au-dessus de la niche du meuble de logement.
  7. Appareil encastrable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la baguette d'obturation est réalisée comme une pièce plate présentant, sur la face arrière une rainure ouverte vers le bas, la rainure recouvrant un bord du repli, libre vers le haut.
