Claims (10)
- Dichte Abdeckung, insbesondere für Industriebauten, mit einem Trägerelement (2; 44), das an einem Gebälkelement (1; 41) des Gebäudes befestigbar ist, einer auf dem Trägerelement angeordneten Isoliermaterialschicht (3; 46) und einer die Isoliermaterialschicht abdeckenden Dichtverkleidung (10), wobei Verbindungseinrichtungen zum Zusammenhalten der drei Bestandteile vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtungen aufweisen:- ein erstes Befestigungsorgan (4, 6; 4; 43, 45, 51, 52), das zur Befestigung des Trägerelements (2; 44) an dem Gebälk (1; 41) dient und über diesem eine Verlängerung aufweist, deren Länge im wesentlichen gleich der Dicke der Isolierschicht (3; 46) ist; und- eine biegsame Platte (21) und ein zweites Befestigungsorgan (8, 9; 11), das über einen verbreiterten Kopf (13) und/oder eine starre Scheibe (9) an der biegsamen Scheibe abgestützt ist und an der Verlängerung fixierbar ist, wobei die rechtwinklig zur Verlängerung verlaufende Abmessung (a) des verbreiterten Kopfes oder der starren Scheibe zwischen der in dieser Richtung verlaufenden maximalen Abmessung (d) des ersten (6; 45) oder des zweiten Organs (11) in der Nähe der Außenfläche der Isoliermaterialschicht (3; 46) und der Abmessung (D) der biegsamen Platte (21) in dieser Richtung liegt;- und daß die Dichtverkleidung (10) ausschließlich auf den biegsamen Platten (21) und auf den verbreiterten Köpfen oder auf den starren Scheiben befestigt ist.
- Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Befestigungsorgan (4, 6; 4; 43, 45, 51, 52) eine in das Gebälkelement (1; 41) eingeschraubte Schraube (4; 51. 52) und ein hohlzylindrisches Zwischenstück (6; 45) aufweist, dessen Boden (20; 43) an dem Trägerelement (2; 44) mittels der Schraube befestigt ist.
- Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Befestigungsorgan eine in das Gebälkelement (1) eingeschraubte Schraube (4) ist, wobei der Kopf (5) der Schraube (4) nach oben durch eine Stange (7) verlängert ist.
- Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Verlängerung (45) gegenüber dem Befestigungspunkt des Trägerelements (44) an dem Gebälk (41) versetzt ist.
- Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, wenn a den Durchmesser des verbreiterten Kopfes (13) oder der starren Scheibe (9), d den Durchmesser des ersten (6; 45) oder des zweiten Befestigungsorgans (11) in der Nähe der Außenfläche der Isoliermaterialschicht (3; 46), D den Durchmesser der biegsamen Platte (21) und Rt die mechanische Zugfestigkeit der biegsamen Platte bezeichnet, die folgenden Bedingungen gelten:
- Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die biegsame Platte (21) eine Reißfestigkeit Rd aufweist, die größer oder gleich 200 N ist, und daß der Durchmesser d des ersten (6; 45) oder des zweiten Befestigungsorgans (11) in der Nähe der Außenfläche der Isoliermaterialschicht (3; 46) wenigstens gleich 6 mm ist.
- Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung des zweiten Befestigungsorgans an dem ersten Befestigungsorgan durch Verschrauben, durch Klemmen oder Bajonettbefestigung erfolgt.
- Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die biegsame Platte (21) mit der starren Scheibe (9) verbunden ist.
- Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die biegsame Platte (21) zwischen zwei starren Scheiben eingesetzt ist.
- Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isoliermaterialschicht (3; 46) aus Mineralwolle, die eine Dichte unter 120 kg/m³ aufweist, oder aus einer Glaswolle besteht, die eine Dichte unter 90 kg/m³ aufweist.
