Definitions

  • the invention relates to a vehicle for laying collapsible bridges of the type according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a vehicle is previously known from DE-OS 29 29 208.
  • This vehicle has at its front end a laying device for moving and depositing the bridge assembled on the vehicle and at its rear a receiving device designed as a swivel arm, each having a bridge section from one Bridge transport vehicle picks up and attaches to the already assembled bridge parts. So that the supplied bridge section does not have to be aligned with the already assembled bridge part, the receiving device has a turntable mounted on the vehicle.
  • the recording apparatus 1 is further ä 'I ngsverschiebl arranged on the vehicle.
  • the number of bridge sections which can be coupled with the known vehicle and which determines the length of the bridges is limited by the fact that the composite bridge sections projecting on one side of the vehicle produce a tilting moment which exceeds the stationary torque of the vehicle relatively quickly.
  • the invention has for its object to design a vehicle of the type mentioned above, that it enables the assembly of a considerably longer bridge.
  • the solution to the problem consists in the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the new design of the vehicle means that bridges of much greater length can be assembled without the vehicle having to be heavier or equipped with special support devices. An almost symmetrical assembly of the bridge is made possible from the center of the vehicle, so that a tilting moment around the center of the vehicle can be completely eliminated during the assembly, or at least kept low.
  • the vehicle is usually with one
  • the vehicle is also preferably used at the same time in a known manner for transporting bridge parts, primarily the two ramp sections of a dismountable fixed bridge, which then form the shortest bridge unit, which, if necessary, can be used by additional bridge sections within the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle is freely extendable.
