Definitions

  • the invention relates to a vehicle for laying collapsible bridges of the type according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a vehicle is previously known from DE-A-29 29 208.
  • This vehicle has at its front end a laying device for moving and depositing the bridge assembled on the vehicle and at its rear a receiving device designed as a swivel arm, each of which has a bridge section from a bridge transport vehicle and attaches to the already assembled bridge parts. So that the supplied bridge section does not have to be fed aligned with the already assembled bridge part, the receiving device has a turntable mounted on the vehicle. To couple the supplied bridge section to the preceding one, the receiving device is furthermore arranged to be longitudinally displaceable on the vehicle.
  • the number of bridge sections which can be coupled to the known vehicle and which determines the length of the bridges is limited by the fact that the composite bridge sections projecting on one side of the vehicle produce a tilting moment which exceeds the stationary torque of the vehicle relatively quickly.
  • the invention has for its object to design a vehicle of the type mentioned above, that it enables the assembly of a considerably longer bridge.
  • the solution to the problem consists in the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the new design of the vehicle means that bridges of much greater length can be assembled without the vehicle having to be heavier or equipped with special support devices. An almost symmetrical assembly of the bridge is made possible from the center of the vehicle, so that a tilting moment around the center of the vehicle can be completely eliminated, or at least kept low, during assembly.
  • the vehicle is normally equipped with a traction drive and can be a tracked or wheeled vehicle, whereby special versions such as the motor vehicle provided with a sliding frame come into consideration according to EP-A-00 93 873.
  • the vehicle is also preferably used at the same time in a known manner for transporting bridge parts, primarily the two ramp sections of a dismantled fixed bridge, which then form the shortest bridge unit, which can be extended as required by additional bridge sections within the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle is.
  • the vehicle 1 shown in FIG. 1 has at its front end a cantilevered laying device 2 which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis known way for picking up, moving and dropping the bridge.
  • the rear end of the vehicle 1 is provided with a cantilever pick-up device 3, which has four support rollers 4 and 5 lying coaxially in pairs and in a horizontal plane in the normal position.
  • a positioning device 6 on the vehicle 1 near its end which has two coaxially mounted horizontally displaceable support rollers 8 each provided with an outer flange 7 (FIG. 4).
  • a positioning device 6 ′ designed in the same way is arranged on the laying device 2.
  • Fig. 1 it can be seen that one of the two ramp sections, which is designated by 10, is held by the receiving device 3, while the other ramp section 11 of the bridge to the ramp section 10 is held in alignment by the laying device 2.
  • the gap between the ramp and bridge section after insertion is about 20 cm each.
  • the bridge section 12 inserted by means of a vehicle or a crane lies on both ends of the positioning devices 6 and 6 'in such a way that all three sections are aligned with one another on their undersides.
  • the ramp section 11 is displaced in the direction of the bridge section 12 by the displacement drive of the laying device 2 for coupling. If necessary, the bridge section can be used for this purpose to be temporarily fixed. After coupling, the mutually coupled sections 11 and 12 are pushed outwards by the laying device 2 until the position shown in FIG.
  • FIG. 5 f shows the assembled bridge in a position which is displaced to the rear with respect to the direction of installation, with a front-end support 15 displaced in the bridge being pushed forward. Pushing the stem support and pushing the bridge back takes place at the same time in such a way that the resulting tilting moments are at least approximately balanced.
  • the stem carrier which is divided into sections of the same length as the bridge sections, is mounted in the bridge so as to be longitudinally displaceable, as is shown in FIG. 7.
  • 5 a shows the vehicle 1 in the transport state, the two ramp sections 10 and 11 being stacked one above the other. From this position, they are moved apart in a known manner so that their undersides are flush with one another and then brought into the position shown in FIG. 5b.
  • a wheeled vehicle 1 'provided with a sliding frame 16 is used, which in the transport state (FIG. 6 a) likewise again carries two ramp sections stacked one above the other.
  • the sliding frame 16 After the sliding frame 16 has been extended beyond the rear end of the wheeled vehicle 1 ', the sliding frame is supported at the free end by an extendable support 17 on the ground.
  • the still protruding laying device 2 ' which, as shown in FIG. 6 c, carries one of the ramp sections in the extended state.
  • the other ramp section is extended towards the opposite end and is held by the receiving device 3 'and supported on the roof of the driver's cab via a roller guide, whereby the receiving device 3' is relieved.
  • the receiving device 3 ' is arranged in a projecting manner on the vehicle-side end of the sliding frame 16 and is located above the driver's cab of the vehicle 1' when the sliding frame 16 is retracted.
  • the assembly stage shown in FIG. 6 c corresponds to that according to FIG. 5 b.
  • the subsequent assembly of the bridge takes place in the same order as described for FIG. 5.
  • the coupling of the bridge sections is carried out by pivoting the laying device 2 'up to the aligned position of the bridge sections, the couplings being designed accordingly.
  • FIG. 6 g shows the stem support 15 'extended to the other side of the bank and FIG. 6 h shows the bridge completely deposited over the obstacle with the aid of the laying device 2'.
  • the stem beam 15 ' remains in the bridge and, since it has the same length as the bridge, enables the bridge to be taken up and dismantled from the opposite side and from the opposite side in reverse order.
  • the ramp sections (FIG. 6 a) transported by the vehicle 1 ' are longer than the bridge sections used for the bridge extension by means of a mobile crane.
  • the length of the bridge or ramp sections can be freely selected according to the respective requirements, but is primarily based on the transport capacity of the vehicles used for the transport.
  • the width of the bridge is usually around 4 m.
  • the support rollers 4 and 5 of the receiving device 3 engage in track carriers 18 provided with U-shaped recesses, which form the inner lower belts of the U-shaped track tracks of the bridge sections.
  • the idler rollers 4 are axially adjustable by a drive 19 and can thus be disengaged and engaged with respect to the track carriers 18. This facilitates the insertion of the ramp section 10 into the receiving device 3.
  • the receiving device 3 also has a drive 20 which acts on two pinions 21 which are arranged coaxially with the support rollers 5, which likewise engage in the track carriers 18.
  • the pinions 21 engage in toothed racks 22 which are arranged facing one another on the inner sides of the track carriers 18, so that the drive 20 brings about the longitudinal displacement of the bridge sections, which may be coupled to one another.
  • a corresponding drive has in a known manner the laying device 2.
  • the support rollers 8 shown in FIG. 4 and belonging to the positioning device 6 are each provided with a drive which causes them to be displaceable in the axial direction. This makes it possible for the two support rollers 8, which are initially positioned at a greater distance from one another, to be moved into the desired, i.e. aligned with the other bridge sections.
  • the positioning device 6 ′ arranged on the laying device 2 is designed in the same way for the same purpose.
  • FIG. 7 shows a stem support section 15 'arranged in the middle in a bridge section 23.
  • the design of this stem support is described in DE-A-36 28 273.
  • Carrying rollers 4 belonging to the receiving device 3 also engage in track carriers 18 ′ of the bridge section 23.
  • the stem support 15 ' is mounted so as to be longitudinally displaceable in the bridge section via guide rollers 24.
  • a drive 25 arranged on the laying device 2 or the receiving device 3 alternatively enables the displacement of the bridge section or the stem support.
  • the receiving device 3 only needs to be designed so that it is able to carry half the number of the maximum intended bridge sections of the finished bridge.
  • the receiving device In the event that the receiving device is to serve as a laying device at the same time, it must of course also be designed and designed accordingly.
  • the vehicle is even more versatile: For example, the bridge can be taken up again from the other side without turning the vehicle.
  • correspondingly shorter bridge sections can also be inserted, which are already coupled to one another beforehand, without any change being necessary. If significantly shorter bridge sections are to be inserted individually, the positioning devices are to be arranged at a correspondingly shorter distance from one another or at least one additional positioning device is to be used.
