  • Hinged boxes are used worldwide as packaging for cigarettes. The structure of this type of pack is largely uniform. This also applies to the dimensions. Claims (5)

  1. Paquet parallélépipédique en carton mince destiné à recevoir un groupe de cigarettes enveloppées dans une enveloppe intérieure sous la forme d'un bloc de cigarettes, ayant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    - le paquet est un paquet à couvercle basculant à paroi avant (14), paroi arrière (11), parois latérales (15, 16), paroi de fond (13) et couvercle basculant (12) articulé à la paroi arrière (11),
    - le bloc de cigarettes (29) a une hauteur, une largeur et une profondeur déterminées, la profondeur étant inférieure à la profondeur du paquet,
    - en raison de la profondeur plus petite du bloc de cigarettes (29), le paquet présente un espace vide (30),
    - le paquet présente un col (24) au moins constitué d'une paroi avant (25) et en particulier de pattes latérales (26, 27), la paroi avant (25) étant placée dans la zone de la paroi avant (14) du paquet et les pattes latérales (26, 27) s'appuyant sur les parois latérales (15, 16) du paquet,
    - à l'intérieur du paquet est placée une pièce de remplissage correspondant à la dimension en profondeur de l'espace vide et s'étendant sur toute la largeur du paquet,
    caractérisé par le fait que la paroi avant (25) du col présente, pour la formation de la pièce de remplissage, une partie formant corps d'appui (31) rentrée dans le paquet par rapport au reste de cette paroi avant, de façon correspondant à la dimension en profondeur de l'espace vide.
  2. Paquet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'une partie supérieure de la paroi avant (25) du col est reculée par plage d'équerre par rapport à une partie inférieure formant patte de jonction (33), cette patte de jonction (33) s'appuyant sur la paroi avant (14) de la partie boîte (10) et étant jointe à elle.
  3. Paquet selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que les pattes latérales (26, 27) du col ont la profondeur de l'intérieur du paquet, s'étendent jusqu'à la paroi avant (14) de la boîte et sont, dans la partie avant du paquet, jointes chacune, par une barrette parallèle (37, 38) s'appuyant sur la face intérieure des pattes latérales (26, 27) du col, à une paroi d'appui reculée (32) du corps d'appui (31).
  4. Paquet selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que le gradin (bande de pliage 34) formé par le pliage d'équerre de la paroi avant (25) du col se termine à fleur d'un bord libre supérieur (39) de la partie boîte (10).
  5. Paquet selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que le gradin (bande de pliage 34) formé par le pliage d'équerre de la paroi avant (25) du col est formé au-dessous du bord libre supérieur (39) de la paroi avant (14) de la boîte de façon telle que soit formée une chambre ouverte en haut limitée par la paroi avant (14) de la boîte et la paroi d'appui (32).
