Claims (8)
- Zurückhalteverfahren für zylindrische Elemente (13A), die bezüglich eines Abflusses von zylindrischen Elementen (13), die Seite an Seite parallel ausgerichtet sind, quer liegen, wobei der genannte Abfluss sich quer zu Rückhaltemittel (2) vollzieht, welche aus einer Mehrzahl von übereinanderliegenden Gittern (20, 21) bestehen, die Stangenelementen (22, 23) mit rundem Querschnitt enthalten, welche einen Durchmesser aufweisen, der gleich dem Durchmesser eines dieser zylindrischen Elemente ist, und die genannten Stangenelemente mit einem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, welcher grösser ist, als der Durchmesser eines der genannten zylindrischen Elemente und der kleiner ist, als das Doppelte des Durchmessers eines der genannten zylindrischen Elemente, und welche Stangenelemente parallel zu den frei abfliessenden zylindrischen Elementen angeordnet sind, wobei mindestens eines (21) der genannten Gitter in eine translative Hin- und Herbewegung versetzt wird, und die genannten Rückhaltemittel vorgesehen sind, damit die Rückhaltung oberhalb eines Ortes stattfindet, wo die genannten querliegenden zylindrischen Elemente mindestens eine Leitung (15) verstopfen könnten, welche die genannten Elemente in einem späteren Schritt einem Fabrikationsprozess zuführen werden, und ein querliegendes zylindrisches Element, das durch die genannten Rückhaltemittel zurückgehalten wird, unterhalb derselben in Richtung des Abflusses einen von zylindrischen Elementen freien Raum (13B) bewirkt, und der freie Raum durch Ueberwachungsmittel (3), welche unmittelbar unter den genannten Rückhaltemittel angeordnet sind, festgestellt wird.
- Zurückhaltevorrichtung zylindrischer Elemente für die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, welche Rückhaltemittel (2) umfasst, bestehend aus einer Mehrzahl von übereinanderliegenden Gittern (20, 21), welche aus Stangenelementen (22, 23) mit rundem Querschnitt bestehen, die einen Durchmesser aufweisen, der gleich dem Durchmesser eines der genannten zylindrischen Elemente ist, welche Stangenelemente parallel zu den frei abfliessenden zylindrischen Elemente angeordnet sind, und die genannten Gitter quer zum genannten Abfluss der zylindrischen Elemente angebracht sind, und mindestens eines von diesen in eine translative Hin- und Herbewegung versetzbar ist, deren Amplitude ein halber Schritt des Zwischenraums in eine Richtung und ein halber Schritt des Zwischenraums in die andere Richtung ist, und welche Ueberwachungsmittel umfasst, die aus Mitteln photoelektrischer Zellen (31) und Lichtquellen (30) bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Stangenelemente von jedem Gitter voneinander mit einem Abstand angeordnet sind, der grösser ist, als der Durchmesser eines der genannten zylindrischen Elemente, und der kleiner ist, als das Doppelte des Durchmessers eines der genannten zylindrischen Elemente, und dass die genannten Ueberwachungsmittel direkt unter dem unteren Gitter (20) angeordnet sind, und die fähig sind, einen Unterbruch des Abflusses der genannten zylindrischen Elemente durch diese Gitter festzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Rückhaltemittel aus zwei Gittern (20, 21) bestehen, wobei jedes dieser beiden Gitter in eine translative Hin- und Herbewegung versetzbar ist, die der Bewegung des andern Gitters entgegengerichtet ist, und dass die Mittel photoelektrischer Zellen aus einer einzigen photoelektrischen Zelle (31) bestehen, welche translativ über die gesamte Breite der genannten Rückhaltemittel in einer Ebene, die parallel zur Ebene der genannten Gitter ist, bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Rückhaltemittel aus zwei Gittern bestehen, wobei das in Abflussrichtung gesehene obere Gitter fest ist, während das in Abflussrichtung gesehene untere Gitter in eine translative Hin- und Herbewegung versetzbar ist, und dass die Mittel photoelektrischer Zellen aus einer einzigen photoelektrischen Zelle bestehen, welche translativ über die gesamte Breite der genannten Rückhaltemittel in einer Ebene, die parallel zur Ebene der genannten Gitter ist, bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Rückhaltemittel aus zwei Gittern bestehen, wobei jedes dieser beiden Gitter in eine translative Hin- und Herbewegung versetzbar ist, die der Bewegung des andern Gitters entgegengerichtet ist, und dass die Mittel photoelektrischer Zellen aus einer Mehrzahl von photoelektrischen Zellen bestehen, welche mit einem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, welcher kleiner ist, als die Länge eines der genannten zylindrischen Elemente und welche in einer Ebene angeordnet sind, die parallel zur Ebene der genannten Gitter ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Rückhaltemittel aus zwei Gittern bestehen, wobei das in Abflussrichtung gesehene obere Gitter fest ist, während das in Abflussrichtung gesehene untere Gitter in eine translative Hin- und Herbewegung versetzbar ist, und dass die Mittel photoelektrischer Zellen aus einer Mehrzahl von photoelektrischen Zellen bestehen, welche mit einem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, welcher kleiner ist, als die Länge eines der genannten zylindrischen Elemente und welche in einer Ebene angeordnet sind, die parallel zur Ebene der genannten Gitter ist.
- Ausgabetrichter (1) für Zigaretten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6 umfasst.
- Ausgabetrichter für Werkstücke für eine automatische Werkzeugmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6 umfasst.
